Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems (single-phase and three-phase).
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Diagnose and repair faults in UPS units, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding the operation and maintenance of their UPS systems.
- Work with other departments, including sales and customer support, to deliver a seamless service experience.
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all work completed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all site activities.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent repairs or troubleshooting, when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
