Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in an engineering leadership role with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing engineering team.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Roll-up-sleeves attitude and proven ability to lead with example.
Strong work experience with building applications in NodeJS / ReactJS.
Working knowledge of JAVA and Go language stacks.
Experience with agile development methodologies and a commitment to fostering an agile culture.
Proven ability to drive innovation, foster creativity, and adapt to evolving technology landscapes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
