The Role: This is a new role within our clients expanding clinical department. Candidates most suitable for this role will be T-Shaped individuals who are exceptionally skilled in at least one competence, yet capable of applying knowledge outside of one's own area of expertise. Solid experience in the field of Product Development is desirable.


Your key mission will be to identify consumer needs and tension areas and to translate, verify and validate these insights through clinical and application research. You will coordinate information from various departments, and work in collaboration with the clinical team to design highly specialised, consumer-centric investigations. Using a range of research techniques and methods, you will aid the design of future studies linking in 'habits and needs', plus 'usage and attitudes' of consumers around the world to inform product development. You will be responsible for running end-to-end consumer research to drive product development/enhancements. You will gather materials to launch surveys, work with Excel data and write reports. You will also utilise historical research results and plan new research projects in this segment.


Key Objectives/KPI's:-

• Collect and analyse customer data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to better understand customer behaviour, preferences, and needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journeys, interactions, touchpoints to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, customer service (quality), to gather requirements and define KPIs for customer insights.
• Design and execute surveys, focus groups and other research methodologies to gather qualitative feedback and insights from customers.
• Utilise statistical techniques to forecast customer behaviour and outcomes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Support the creation and substantiation plans for strong marketing claims.
• Safe-guard consumer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the solution before product launch
• Apply relevant tools fitting the project, to verify and validate consumer needs.

Experience:

• An academic degree in consumer orientated education, such as User-System Interaction, Design for Interaction, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Social Psychology or other equivalent qualification
• Experience working in user research, consumer science, industrial design, psychology in the domain of product or service development.
• Working experience with UX/UI design
• Broad understanding of key consumer research methodologies
• Sound understanding of statistics.
• Experience in marketing/product development.
• An in-depth understanding of consumer insight generation and proposition development processes.
• Experience in consumer analysis and proposition writing.

Paramedic Learning Facilitator

The first Paramedic Learning Facilitators have commenced in role, and we are now recruiting to the remaining five posts for the following sectors,

NWAS has developed this exciting new role to help achieve the best possible learning experiences for learners and mentors/practice educators within PES Operations. This role will suit individuals with a strong background in supporting learners and a passion for improving learner experiences.



Each PES sector will gain valuable support from a Paramedic Learning Facilitator, who will report to the Sector Manager and work as an integral part of the Sector management team, supporting, evaluating and improving the learner and mentor/practice educator experience within the Sector. The post holder will report on learner experiences, using data, analysing learner experiences and activities and provide assurance of quality and develop action plans to enable the delivery of consistent and highly valued learner programmes in the Sector.

Paramedic Learning Facilitators will spend 70% of their time working operational shifts with identified learners on a double crewed ambulance (DCA). The role will not follow a fixed rota and will have the flexibility to determine the required working pattern to meet the needs of learners, recognising that different sectors may develop different operating models. They will work closely with rostering teams and the sector management team to plan shifts with learners. The remaining 30% of time (non-operational) will be protected to support individual and sector-based learning activities, working in partnership with the local sector and workforce development teams.



Suitable candidates will be qualified to degree level as a paramedic and will have experience of supporting learners as a practice educator/mentor and have completed a relevant mentoring learner module. Ideally candidates will hold/be working towards relevant teaching/learning qualifications at the point of application, but for the right candidates these will be provided following appointment.



Applications will be shortlisted against the relevant criteria in the person specification for this role and it is important that candidates can describe their experience in supporting a range of learners in the practice environment and the impact on those learners.



North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.

Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed.
We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.

Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, helping them to lead active, socially valued, and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with each individual, tailoring support to their unique needs and aspirations.

As a learning support assistant, you will provide education and organisational support to the class teacher, guide pupils during structured and non-structured sessions and assist each student to achieve their full potential. Offer personal care to pupils, in a respectful manner when required.
A day in the life of working at Dan Y Coed involves:

- Providing high quality teaching and learning opportunities using a variety of teaching approaches and activities support pupils to make progress towards their agreed accreditations.
- Supporting teachers with the planning, preparation and assessment of learning opportunities.
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of off-site activities.
- Assisting pupils who require help during morning routines, lunch/break times or with personal care.

To be a successful Learning Support Assistant, you’ll need:

- Qualification in English & Maths;
- Ability to relate well to pupils and build positive and respectful relationships that are on a professional level;
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
- Must be able to show initiative;
- Ability to offer personal care in a respectful way.
