En nous rejoignant, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Identifier des pistes de progrès et mettre en place les actions nécessaires visant à améliorer les flux de pilotage avec l’ensemble de nos partenaires internes Supply Chain.

Pour ce faire, vous devrez collaborer avec l’ensemble des services (Industrie, Sous-Traitance, Approvisionnement, Finance, Logistique) afin d’optimiser les interfaces de l’équipe au quotidien (automatisation processus, traitement des informations partagées, outils partagées, mesure de performance…).

• Standardiser les pratiques métiers au sein du service afin de créer de la valeur ajoutée. Participer à la rédaction de Modes opératoire pour le service.

• Mettre en place des outils et des indicateurs de pilotage visant à améliorer la performance de notre service.

• Animer la démarche Lean au sein du service (AIC, 5S…),

• Innover & proposer des plans d’actions visant à améliorer la performance : coût/qualité/délai global.

Le rythme de l'alternance doit permettre, dans la mesure du possible, d'assurer une continuité dans les missions.

Position Summary: 

The FNE will provide timely, non-judgmental, compassionate care to the presenting assault patient.  This will include a medical forensic exam, prophylaxis for pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, photographic documentation, referrals for appropriate medical and psychological follow-up, support, and participation in legal proceedings.  Collaborates with other members of the health care team and community partners. FNE may see patient types including but not limited to patients who have experienced: sexual assault, intimate partner violence, domestic violence, and maltreatment. The FNE is expected to follow protocols established by the management of the FNE program for Bozeman Deaconess Health.          

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• American Heart Association BLS
• Competence in and a willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing
• Preferred: 6-month nursing experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or the situation (assessment), perform and document assessment and history of events accurately
• Ability to triage patient to determine if emergency medical treatment is needed before the medical forensic exam
• Assist patient in coordinating referrals for appropriate medical and psychological follow-up as needed
• Perform a complete physical examination including a head to toe assessment for trauma, detailed genital examination as appropriate, forensic specimen collection, documentation including photo-documentation, and assess for mandatory reporting status
• Document detailed injuries accurately with support of photographic evidence, when possible
• Maintain chain of custody for each assault exam and adhere to evidence protocols
• Maintain professional standards that do not create conflicts of intertest with employment or patient care, including patient and medical record confidentiality
• Administer appropriate prophylactic medications per protocol
• Provide testimony as fact witness to any/all cases performed and coordinate with attorneys during judicial process
• Participate in community awareness and outreach projects as needed and directed by FN Program Coordinator

Position Summary: 

The Registered Nurse Non-Certified Case Manager works with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop a plan of care for assigned patients. Ensures patient is progressing towards desired outcomes by monitoring care through assessments and/or patient records. Identifies and resolves barriers that hinder effective patient care. Actively involved in discharge planning process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• American Heart Association BLS
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: 2 years of acute care hospital experience as a case manager

We are looking for a Connectivity customer support engineer (F/M) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Service Engineering within the Connectivity based in Toulouse, France.

The successful candidate will join In Service Engineering within the Connectivity, IFE and integrated platform team gathering on board information system (ATA46), Gatelink (ATA23), IFEC (ATA 23/44/46) and integrated platform (ATA42).

The mission of the team is to ensure Nose to Tail connectivity support to our customers with strong involvement in Airbus connectivity services from development to deployment.

The team also represents Airbus at major conventions and customer meetings (Airline Symposiums, technical forums etc) and ensures the highest levels of customer focus and understanding.

Your challenges :

As Connectivity customer support engineer, you are responsible for responding to airline queries on daily issues as well as providing immediate AOG troubleshooting assistance.

You will also identify and solve in-service Airworthiness issues by analyzing causes and solutions in strong collaboration with Engineering and Programs, and contribute to the improvement of product maturity and reliability.

You will also contribute to ensure:

Tu intègreras l’équipe Customer Success (3 personnes) en relation directe avec le responsable de l’équipe et en lien avec l’équipe commerciale dans la gestion de la relation avec les clients.

En tant que membre de l’équipe CS, tes missions seront centrées sur l'écoute, le conseil et le suivi des clients.

1. Tu aideras à convertir les clients existants en ambassadeurs sur les deux solutions Citadel et Cryptobox.

2. Tu seras le garant du bon déroulement du suivi des clients en prenant soin de collecter toutes leurs demandes (nouvelles fonctionnalités, cas d’usages ou bugs) et de participer aux activités de support. Au quotidien,  tu  seras  donc  en  étroite  collaboration  avec  toute  l’équipe  CS,  mais  également  les équipes Sales, Produit et Technique.

3. Tu seras en charge de l’organisation des rapports d’activité de chaque client (prise de rdv, préparation du rapport, participation au rdv client, compte rendu, suivi des actions, etc.).

4. Tu auras également l’opportunité de participer aux missions suivantes:

The Patient Care Tech is imperative to increasing efficiency, productivity, as well as patient and team satisfaction.  Responsible for room turnover, assisting in opening of supplies onto the sterile field, and patient care as delegated by the RN, CST, and/or the provider.  Additional responsibilities include patient transports, supply management, test and validation of anesthesia machine circuits between cases, and other duties as requested.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• American Heart Association BLS
• Preferred: Courses in Medical Terminology
• Preferred: College course related to health care
• Preferred: EMT, CNA, or health care related certifications
• Preferred: Specific department experience or patient care experience
• Preferred: Student in the healthcare field

• Cleans operating rooms after surgical procedures.

• American Heart Association BLS
• Preferred: Courses in Medical Terminology
• Preferred: Nurse Aid training or non-certified graduate of medical assistant program
• Preferred: EMT, CNA, or health care related certifications
• Preferred: Experience working with protected health information and electronic health records
• Preferred: Two years of medical/clinical office experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Collects patient information. Obtains and records vital signs and reports findings to provider or RN and records appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
• Performs chart review/pre-visit planning prior to clinic visit.
• Produces and manages schedule tracking and referral reports
• Produce and mail annual appointment paperwork; order labs for pre-visit planning according to guidelines or protocols; Schedule patient appointments, referrals, procedures and tests. 
• Order drugs, medical supplies and vaccines for clinic; process all vaccines orders (stock & VFC as needed); assist with vendor requests/coupons/samples as needed;
• Coordinate prescription assistance program and pre and prior authorizations for clinic patients
• Perform other tasks as appropriate

About the unit

With 6 floors, we are able to provide care for long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. Each floor has between 50-60 beds. Nurse-patient ratios vary depending on the shift and the population you will be serving. It has a dementia unit, two long term care units and a rehab unit. With 250 beds, each floor has designated units that focus on patient specialties, such as general rehab, neuro rehab, traumatic brain injuries and cancer. Fuller Ave. offers various programs for residents to participate in including music therapy, expressive arts and a garden room.

About Rehab and Nursing Center-Fuller 

Conveniently located near downtown Grand Rapids, the rehab and nursing center on Fuller Avenue has easy on and off access to I-196 and bus lines. A main floor courtyard provides outdoor space for rest and renewal. Most patient rooms are semi-private, with attached bathrooms, television with cable, phone, and window views to the outdoors. 

Scope of work 

Responsible for greeting visitors and/or staff and directing them to the appropriate resource, from a position of high visibility. Performs clerical duties to support the area of responsibility. Answers telephone and provides/relays information in a manner consistent with caring, respect, and individual needs. Ensures that required documentation for activities within areas of responsibility is performed in an accurate and timely manner. Performs general clerical duties and completes specials projects as assigned with direction
