The RN-Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for Ambulatory Care serves as an assistant with line authority to the Nurse Manager (NM) in providing leadership and direction to nursing staff. RN staff is accountable for adhering to established policies, standards of care, and standards of practice; demonstrating leadership in improving nursing care; and the administration, management, supervision, and evaluation of both nursing care and nursing personnel. • Responsible with coordination of patient for general infectious disease and travel consults.
• Review antibiotic consults for Medical Center.
• Conduct chart reviews and telephone calls to patients for pre-visit preparation or post visit follow up.
• Coordinate HIV registry if applicable, collaborate with public health department, order test under RN policy, oversight of clinic flow and administrative and clinic assignments to ensure smooth clinic operation and maintain compliance with standards.

Summary of This Role

Accountable for the identification, development and delivery of Continual Service Improvement plans and initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance operational efficiencies. Job Description:

Provides overall leadership to the sales support team servicing multiple market level client teams. Leads day-to-day administrative and operational support as key member of the market leadership team, and acts as liaison with various business partners to ensure client and associate satisfaction. Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Support Lead, Lead Cashier(s) (if applicable) and associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. As part of the team, the Strategic Customer Partnerships Manager will lead a selection of Strategic customers’ projects reporting directly to the Strategic Initiative and Partnerships Director.

What you’ll do

• Consolidate and cultivate strategic relationship: Executive meetings, Workshops, Project team meetings …
• Identify the ecosystem of our Strategic Customers (software, hardware, schools)
• Gather information and gain insights regarding customer needs, challenges and workflows 
• Work closely with R&D and Product organizations on roadmaps and implementation, identify key customers for Alpha & Beta tests
• Synch with Adobe-Customer extended teams (e.g. Strategy Group, Sales, CSMs)

Additional tasks may include:

• Set-up and lead strategic projects with key customers to showcase new workflows and technologies
• Collaborate with the rest of the Strategic Initiatives & Partnership teams on strategic projects with key customers involving software, hardware or education partners;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
