ROLES:
- Attending customers’ enquiries to meet customer satisfaction.
- Assist in system implementation, enhancement, and monitoring of system/work processes of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, guide, and monitor team members performance;
- Handle customer inquiries and preparation of quotations.
- Monitor, follow-up, and update vendor/s related to respective awarded job and Customer accordingly;
- To update job details/information into system/platform undertaken by Company;
- Ensure all job services rendered are duly invoice and payment collection;
- Handling of customer’s complaint.
- Ensure process compliance to company Quality Management System;
- Perform any other jobs as assign by superior / management when required from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least SPM or STPM or Diploma or Degree in related field;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Shipping industry;
- Self-motivated, fast leaner, well organized and able to adhere to datelines;
- High degree of analytical skills;
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
