Prepare an annual plan of essential civil engineering works to support timber production, recreation income generation and the safety of our civil engineering assets, including bridges and dams.
Provide leadership and line management to the civil engineering team, supporting and coaching them to deliver the work programme.
Accountable for all commercial aspects associated with the delivering civil engineering works, including compliance with all procurement requirements and contract management.

Our team of Accommodation Support Officers work with a caseload of adult males within the criminal justice system, in either a custodial or community setting. As a senior, you’ll be on hand to provide advice and guidance to the team where needed, and we’ll ask you to take care of a small amount of our more complex cases.



We’ll need your excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with referral agencies and stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and are prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent, a background in person centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. What’s essential, though, is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. The role:
As our new High Care Senior Claims Consultant, you will be managing a portfolio of end-to-end claims for customers experiencing vulnerability and/or a traumatic claim event that present in varying levels of complexity. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer claim experience balanced with the accurate application of policy interpretation and claims decisioning.
Position Accountabilities:

End to end management of a portfolio of complex, high value and sensitive claims
Reviewing each referred claim for acceptance in line with the ICA, PDS and prior to internal dispute resolution or Ombudsman determination
Manage existing claims to provide support to customers within policy entitlements, organisation of repairs & management throughout the claims life
Identifying and raising potential risks or compliance issues to Management
Seek additional information to validate events by reviewing, verifying, and issuing documentation to customer
Accurately underwrite claims
