角色

客戶服務主管 - 物流的主要角色是：

職責

客戶服務主管 - 物流全面負責客戶查詢和預訂確認，並在 Titimas Logistics Sdn. Bhd. 的規定範圍內負責。有限公司。

- 協助行銷團隊為新客戶準備報價，並繼續與他們建立業務關係以開展未來的業務；

- 檢查供應商的費率（承運人 – 貨運拼箱、整箱常規、滾裝船。空運/倉儲/運輸等）；

- 需要在收到CEO確認後的當天準備報價；

- 報價發出後與客戶跟進，以確保發貨；

- 密切監控和跟進貨運狀態直至工作完成，以避免任何問題；

- 向相關政府機構核實任何新物品/商品的進出口許可證要求

• 準備 MITI 成本分析
• MTIB執照更新

- 每月更新承運人自有貨櫃（COC）費率清單並分發給其他團隊成員；

- 為每批貨物準備成本會計表並在智慧貨運系統中更新報價；

- 在發送給會計部門之前檢查現金定期發票；

- 追蹤客戶付款情況；

- 監控JASA KITA倉庫的庫存變動，與進口團隊協調倉庫的庫存進出，並檢查供應商的發票；

- 不時需要時，執行上級/管理階層指派的任何其他工作。

資質

• 至少擁有相關領域的高級、中學、SPM / STPM 或文憑。
• 至少 2 年貨運方面的客戶服務/文件/操作經驗。
• 對整箱和拼箱運輸文件、清關和當地運輸有紮實的了解。有空運經驗者優先。
• 高效率的多工處理能力，良好的溝通與時間管理能力。
• 較強的報告能力。

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process incoming orders for customized furniture projects accurately and efficiently.
• Review order details, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Communicate with sales personnel and/or clients to clarify any discrepancies or gather additional information related to their orders to ensure order accuracy.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize orders based on deadlines and capacity.
• Monitor order progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
• Liaise with internal departments, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, including relevant documents and communication.
• Provide timely updates to sales personnel, and/or clients on the status of their orders and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a diploma or degree in in furniture design or related field.
• Ability to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using order management software and other relevant computer programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process customer orders.
• Familiarity with customized furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, including sales, production, and logistics
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues or inquiries related to order processing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
