Job summary
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Singapore to join our team. This is a pivotal role to directly collaborate with our customers globally. You are crucial to the success of our customers and will be instrumental in driving adoption and value of the proposed cognitive digital twin solutions, ultimately responsible for understanding our customer’s demands and delivering an excellent experience. This will be a crucial role in our Project Management team and will closely collaborate with Pre-sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
•Manage and grow customer relationships by delivering timely, attentive, project-based support;
•Conduct interactions with customer and collect feedback for improving internal efforts;
•Contribute to delivery and service reviews and recommend strategy plans;
•Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for customer to ensure solution adoption and to expand value for customer;
•Lead project kick-off and define the success measurements with customer;
•Lead technical reviews and share knowledge to identify and solve issues;
•Create customer engagement plans and keep track with customer environments updates;
•Work with the project team in facilitating the coordination of the delivery and support work required;
•Responsible for all client contract invoicing and change management;
•Foster internal collaborations with the relevant roles throughout the business;
•Provide reports and consultative contributions as a trusted advisor under customer agreements;
•Collect customer and project related data and input into allocated systems.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Mechanical, EEE, or related field;
•Minimum of 3 years Customer Success, Project Management, Solution Delivery, Customer-Facing Consulting or Portfolio Management experience OR equivalent experience’
•Strong knowledge of Project Management and demonstrated estimating experience, combined with a strong understanding of AutoCAD, Revit drawings, along with M&E Design Documents;
•Proven track record in delivery the strong results with accountability;
•Familiar with Software Development, SRE, Data Analysis, and AI related technologies;
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and dealing with external customers and stakeholders;
•Experience in Data Centre Operations and Maintenance or Controls/Building automation industry is preferred;
•Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification will be a plus.
