As a WCA Case Administrator Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Case Administrators providing support to both the team and to the Customer as required. The Case Administrator Team Leader will oversee and determine work requirements to ensure TPL’s/KPI’s are successfully achieved and that the team meets all targets.

About the Role
In this role you will;

• Be involved with all inbound and outbound contact for a variety of clients ensuring all data is captured correctly and accurate information is entered onto our database.
• Provide information to Clients as and when requested within a fast-paced busy environment.
• In summary you may be involved in any aspect of the client's journey from initial referral to discharge.

Skills/Experience required
To succeed in the role you must possess;

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• A positive, proactive and customer focused attitude
• An ability to manage and prioritize your workload in a fast paced team environment.
• Ideally you will have strong experience in a customer facing position.

Now is a really exciting time to Join our Team of forward-thinking Elderly Medicine Consultants at Croydon University NHS Trust, and make a real difference to our elderly patients in the Croydon Borough.

Here at Croydon we put the patient at the heart of everything we do, as we strive to deliver and develop our modern and comprehensive Elderly Care service. We are aiming to recruit a geriatrician to join our existing team of fourteen consultants working across our acute and community services. The successful applicant would be responsible for providing in-patient care for patients living with frailty and presenting with frailty syndromes, as well as contributing to our developing Acute Care of the Elderly service. As such, they would be working on our Frailty SDEC and providing cover for the Front Door Frailty team (“Team ALFA”) on a rotational basis.

There is commitment for night and weekend on call for acute admissions. The Trust divides the take according to age based criteria such that the post holder would be responsible for admissions for those over the age of 80 years (and over 65 years living in a care home). Weekday on calls are one day a fortnight and weekends at a frequency of 1 in 12.

The full time post offers a 10 PA job plan. The needs of our patients are at the heart of everything we do and we are equally committed to the wellbeing of our clinical teams, therefore your contribution will be highly valued. The Trust has a successful track record of staff engagement, has excellent postgraduate and research facilities, supports study leave for CPD and aids with funding up to an agreed limit. The successful applicant would be expected to be responsible for the care of half on one of the elderly care wards (14 patients) with another consultant responsible for the other half of the ward. Together they would share a team of junior staff consisting of a registrar, three SHO level doctors and two FY1’s. In addition the applicant would run a general geriatric clinic on a once per month basis, seeing new patients referred with common Frailty syndromes.

Croydon Health Services provides integrated NHS services to care for people at home, in schools, and health clinics across the borough as well as at Croydon University Hospital and Purley War Memorial Hospital.



CUH provides more than 100 specialist services and is home to the borough’s only Emergency Department and 24/7 maternity services, including a labour ward, midwifery-led birth centre and the Crocus home birthing team.



Purley War Memorial Hospital (PWMH) in the south of the borough offers outpatient care, including diagnostic services, physiotherapy and ophthalmology services run by Moorfields Eye Hospital, alongside an onsite GP surgery.



Our experienced district nursing teams, Allied Health Professionals and community matrons look after for people of all ages across Croydon and our Children’s Hospital at Home cares for children with long-term conditions without them having to come to hospital.

Membership Support Executive

Epsom Support Centre | Hybrid Working | Full time

£26,000 per annum, depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Being part of the central Membership team supporting the fitness division in all aspects of membership administration and support within our Nuffield Health Epsom Support Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on managing a portfolio of membership applications, cancellations, payment updates and reporting, for sites and central contracts.

• Managing the maintenance of all member data.

• To control, prepare and collect membership direct debits.

• Handling various types of communications and requests direct from members and staff.

• Liaising with gym management and staff to ensure prompt response to member queries and complaints.

• Providing an excellent level of support and customer service at all times.

• Manage the Sales Commission integrity checks for a region of sites.

• Support on integrity tasks for multiple areas in the business.

• Support on loading central contracts.

Experience, Knowledge & Expertise - Essential:
