Customer Service and Administrative Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Customer Service and Administrative Assistant. As a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guiding customers through the resolution process.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing and organising documentation, including customer records and administrative files.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Monitoring order status and keeping customers informed of any delays or issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company database.
- Generating reports and summaries as needed for management and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
