Job Responsibilities :

• To manage and Lead the QS team in Pre and Post Contract Administration.
• To provide Contract Administrative and advice on all contractual matters.
• To involve in post-contract of trade packages, preparing cost comparison analysis.
• Tp produce variation order, progress claims and settlement pf final account.
• Master in a feasibility study in the raw project.
• Able to calculate the cost of Engineering for projects tendering based on the tender drawings and documents, cost estimation, bills of quantities, material sourcing.

Job Requirements :

• Possess at least Diploma.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in both oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledgeable in computer application.
• Budgeting, organizational, planning, negotiation skills are required.
• Able to work under pressure, independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Job Summary

Reporting to Property Manager, the Property Management Assistant is required to provide administrative and operational support. This role includes building maintenance and servicing, collection and monitoring of rental/maintenance fees, in respect of the Warehousing Complex. 

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in Property Management, Business Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience in property management or related field
• Good communication and customer skills
• Proficiency in MS Words and MS Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to perform hands-on operation/technical works
• Possess own transport

Those without the required academic qualification but who is familiar with the players in freight forwarding industry and with extensive experience in same field would be an added advantage
