• This position serves as the Property Management Specialist for the Division of Support Services in the Utah State Office.
• Provides direction and guidance to management for statewide compliance related to the programs of Space and Real Property, Personal Property, and Fleet Management.
• Participates in Bureau-wide projects and provides training in the aforementioned programs.

We have a great opportunity for a Night Shift Construction Manager working with a fit out contractor in Central London on a project due to run for circa 9-10 months.

The Projects are valued circa £500K-£3M and tend to be fit out projects. You will be responsible for managing the site and will have to be quite an expert in logistics and they will include some external works also.

You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The project is working in a live environment throughout the day thus the need for a night manager to come in and push the programme at night, it is essential that the manager is a programme pusher. The project will involve, Alterations, Welding, Hot works meaning H&S is an absolute must.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A / B Fit Out experience
• Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Major experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
