Your new role
Working as a Property Account Executive within the Property team, your role will be a varied and interesting role providing administrative and technical support to Account Executive's, Account Manager's and the Property Division Manager. This is a varied and interesting role providing technical and administrative support, with responsibility for day-to-day management and development of a portfolio of Property clients, predominantly managing agents and private landlords. You will be responsible for working alongside Account Managers and senior staff dealing with clients from inception to completion, ensuring that cover is arranged correctly to comply with the client's requirements and to disclose all material facts to underwriters when broking. This role will include maintaining clients' policy portfolios including processing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, as well as actively seek new business opportunities. This role will also include the preparation of technical documentation.



What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as either an Account Handler, Senior Account handler or Account Executive handling Property Owners business either from an Insurance broker or Lloyd's Broker will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have experience in the servicing of clients. You will be confident in being able to deal with clients and your experience of working in a similar role is essential. This is a superb opportunity for a confident and highly motivated individual, who is organized, can multi-task and prioritise their day. You will also have good working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ideally progression towards Dip CII but not essential

Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will look after your allocated portfolio of Real Estate
Clients from inception to completion, as well as building effective lasting relationships and delivering growth and renewal targets. In your new role as a Real Estate Account Executive you will manage client relationships, retain and grow existing accounts, identify additional business opportunities and introduce clients to other product specialists as well as provide clients with risk consultancy advice. Other duties will include optimising solutions for customers through your knowledge of product ranges and providers. Your new role will also include managing Underwriter relationships. You will be comfortable with face to face business meetings and be credible with clients and decision makers.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working as a Real Estate Account Executive or Senior Real Estate Account Handler, handling UK or European Property Owners / Real Estate business will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will be Cert CI, Dip CII or Advanced Dip CII.

We are currently working with a key client looking for a Property and Retail Account executive for a 11-12 month contact in Hounslow. This role would be an ideal fit for HSE/Compliance administrator who has a good understanding of property compliance and an understanding of Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRO).

What are we looking for?

• Qualifications / Experience in Fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management and/or experience of working in a property environment.
• Understanding of the Fire Safety Regulations - Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRO), Health and Safety Regulations and Building Regulations would be an advantage.

Do you currently work in an insurance brokerage with a speciality of commercial property and feel like you could offer more? Do you feel like you are ready for the step up and want to have more client interaction face to face?

My client, an independent and chartered insurance brokerage based in Worcester have a rare opportunity to work closely with the Group Managing Director (GMD) in a key role within the business as Senior Account Handler.

Assisting on his personal account, you will assist the GMD with a small amount of his larger clients with premiums £50k - £500k. The majority of cases are in Property sector Managing Agent Portfolios, Property Owners, Property Developers and Construction.

This is a position where you will also be the lead on the brokers in house Property Binder, so there is an element of underwriting in volved via Delegated Authority.

The role will involve you playing a key part in client meetings, on occasions you will lead meetings and will be expected to develop your own relationships with these clients and handle their policies on a regular basis.

This is an office-based role however due to the close relationships you will develop with the clients in the GMD's book, it will involve an element of travelling with the GMD nationally, including visits to the Isle of Man.

You will have a strong commercial lines technical knowledge and will be able to advise clients with their risks, therefore good relationship building skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Salary is open dependant on experience.
