Job Description

• Submit progress claim including checking and verifying quantities and work done on site.
• Manage and access variations and provide costing on V.O, omission and additions.
• Preparation of V.O documents and submission to client.
• Manage and access variations and provide accurate costing on omision and additional works. Prepare variation ordver documents and submitted to client.
• Liaised with client representative for claim and payment progress.

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor
• Min 2 years of working experience in civil engineering
• Preferbly experience in Building, LTA, HDB or Warehouse

ob Description & Requirements

Job Decription:

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• To report and take instruction from the Project Architect / C&S / M&E QP.
• To carry out regular inspection ensuring that the architectural, C&S, M&E constructed in accordance with the approved construction drawings and specifications, and the Building Control Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act and other applied regulations.
• To study the respective construction drawings, comment on sub-con developed shopdrawings and material submissions and collate with the respective resident staffs on the site co-ordination matters for QP, PE and Consultants resolution in construction.
• To perform ERSS calculation & BIM drawings for consultant's approval.
• To compute construction BQ for QS to follow up.
• To monitor, assess and report on contractor’s programme and progress of works.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in large scale construction below live building / Tunneling Project / Viaduct Project
• Strong knowledge of Architectural / C&S/ M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software
• Possess at least a Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a University recognized by Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore / Institution of Engineers Singapore
• At least 4 years’ site working experience in Singapore
• Familiar with HDB, PUB & LTA specification
• 6 days work
