krow is a full-service creative communications agency working out of four UK offices. Part of MISSION, we collaborate within a network of creative agencies in 28 locations worldwide, led by entrepreneurs who encourage an independent spirit.

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious creative team with a ferocious appetite for making their ideas happen. They’ll be part of a team of krows who roll their sleeves up and get their heads down to solve client’s problems. And with no unnecessary hierarchical layers of authority within the agency, they will get to take on lots of responsibility and client exposure. There will also be plenty of opportunities to work on new business and pitches.

Experience working in creative agency environments.
Excellent conceptual ability as an integrated creative across different channels, whether it’s a TV script, social film or digital activation – you’ll be a versatile team that can execute in any format.
A desire to improve your creative craft skills and get your ideas made.
A collaborative nature – You’ll enjoy working with creative leaders from across the wider krow group.
