Job Description
- Print and Digital Marketing Materials
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, and banners for marketing & training department
- Develop layouts for magazines, catalogs, and reports
- Social Media and Online Content
- Design graphics, infographics, and promotional images for platforms like Instagram, Facebook
- Create visual content for fb & IG posts
- Event and Promotional Materials
- Design event collateral such as invitations, signage, backdrops, and certificates.
- Create promotional items like t-shirts, mugs, and other branded merchandise.
- Design presentation slides and visual aids for corporate or public events.
- Event coordinator support
- Collaboration and Feedback
- Work closely with marketing & training teams to ensure designs align with overall goals.
- Present design ideas and concepts to teams for approval.
- File Preparation and Management
- Prepare files for print or digital production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Organize design assets in an easily accessible manner for future use.
Job Requirements
- Design Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design tools.
- Typography: Understanding of typography principles and the ability to select and manipulate type effectively.
- Color Theory: Knowledge of color theory and the ability to create harmonious color palettes.
- Layout and Composition: Skills in arranging visual elements to create balanced and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills to conceptualize and develop original ideas and designs.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in design work.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients or team members.
