The role will work as a member of the Global Cybersecurity organisation - Security Architecture team, which is focused on improving technology and architecture decision-making through collaboration with management, staff and customers on technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and investments in strategic security technology.

• Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions

• Architectural Design: Develop and maintain architecture frameworks for Windows 10/11 deployment, ensuring best practices in design, scalability, and security.
• Deployment Strategy: Lead the deployment of Windows 10/11 across the organization using Microsoft Intune and Auto-Pilot, ensuring efficient rollouts and minimal disruption.
• Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize Intune configurations to enhance device compliance, security, and user experience.
• Identity Management: Implement and manage Entra ID/AAD for user identity and access management, ensuring secure and seamless authentication processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand requirements, providing architectural guidance that aligns with strategic goals.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including design specifications, deployment procedures, and best practices.
• Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to IT staff and end-users regarding new deployments and tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

• 5+ years of experience in IT solutions architecture, specifically with Windows 10/11 deployment, Intune, Auto-Pilot, and Entra ID/AAD.

• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11) and deployment methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Auto-Pilot for device management.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID/AAD and identity management solutions.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Role Summary

• Salary: S$3,500 per month

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer in our Creative team, you will be at the forefront of delivering a wide range of creative projects for both the company and our clients in the healthcare sector, including brand development, the design and layout of infographics, as well as the creation of event materials. Depending on your skillset, you may also be involved in digital projects such as the design of interactive materials for exhibitions, video editing, animations, and the creation of eLearning modules.

You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. This involves early-stage collaboration with other designers, project managers, and clients to define the project scope and objectives. You will then produce high-quality design materials, providing technical insight and offering guidance as needed.

About You

We are seeking a motivated individual who can contribute innovative ideas to enhance our creative service offerings. You will have a great understanding of aesthetics and a meticulous attention to detail. You will also take pride in delivering a consistently exceptional service to both clients and colleagues within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role requires a problem-solving mindset, strong analytical skills, as well as an enthusiasm for learning new technologies to produce high-quality project deliverables. Exceptional organisation and self-motivation, along with the ability to proactively identify innovative solutions, are essential.

While no previous experience in the scientific industry is required, we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in applying their design skills to the healthcare sector.

Essential requirements for the role are:

• A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum CAP or GPA 4/5 or equivalent), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio. We welcome applications from candidates with a diverse range of specialisms, including but not limited to; Graphic Design, Design and Media, Design Communication, Digital Communications, Graphic Communication Design, and Art
• Some professional experience within an agency or commercial setting
• Extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, as well as familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Cloud
• A proven ability to generate, execute, and oversee a variety of creative concepts
• A problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think outside the box
• Confidence in presenting work to a wide range of audiences, including internal colleagues and external clients
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, a high level of productivity, and the flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines
• An ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritising tasks effectively

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships

The Recruitment Process
