We are an engineering company specializing in air compressors, gensets, equipment rental, services, and oil and gas.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage sales and finance documentation, including quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
2. Perform general office tasks and maintain proper documentation.
3. Assist in event preparations, including booth setup using Canva.
4. Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Excel for day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

1. Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
3. Organized, with good time management skills.
4. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

1) Summary, tracking and follow up investment report.
2) Follow up KPI/KPR of each department and create minute of meeting
3) Support BOI Project of HmjP plant.
4) Support to checking investment status in SAP system.
5) Follow up open point of department with each section.
6) Support other adminstrative task.
