Job Description | Your role will involve:

From £28,512.64 up to £39,108.16 OTE depending on experience

As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer at our West Byfleet FWC, you're confident, outgoing and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, it's important that you've achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). A natural communicator, you're great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.

• You will be responsible for all aspects of AUTEC's EM and continuation of operations (COOP) planning, coordination, and integration.
• You will oversee and audit all contractor EM and COOP activities necessary to construct, sustain, and improve operational resilience in accordance with applicable Government and Department of the Navy regulations, policies, and guidelines.
• You will support the AUTEC mission by coordinating with all contractor business and technical functional areas, understanding the technical and operational capabilities.
• You will work to ensure continuity of Mission Essential Functions (MEF) and uninterrupted delivery of AUTEC Range services to the Fleet during unforeseen events.
• You will engage in EM and COOP planning by implementing operational controls and measures necessary to manage each unique emergency and risk.
• You will be responsible for continuous monitoring and review of the performance and effectiveness of the AUTEC contractor's COOP and EM programs.

Handles routine inquiries from both staff and inmates, providing technical assistance and answering questions regarding the general nature of correctional programs.

Receives visitors to the office, determines the nature of the requests and directs them to the appropriate staff or personally provides the information desired when routine or procedural matters of the office are involved.

Reviews correspondence prepared for the supervisor and other staff.

Assists the Unit Manager and staff members in the procedural aspects of expediting the work of this office.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and is performed on a regular and recurring basis.

• Translate organizational goals into work assignments for IT team and personnel.
• Coordinate regional short and long-range planning and utilization of IT customer support functions, resources, coordination of systems and applications procedures and integration.
• Manage technical and non-technical aspects of the region service center relations and activities to customer support operations, network, LAN/WAN connection and applications in geographically dispersed locations, workstation service support, Help Desk field support, oversight of field operations, and on-site management.
• Exercise significant program responsibilities in working with management, other work team leads, and the IT executives and management DUS and ACIO, contractors, vendors, and other Federal entities.
• Maintain the operational management of the service center environment to include configuration and problem resolution, software distribution, call logging and tracking, workstation configurations, asset management, software discovery, and configuration management.

• Maintains a filing system, reviews correspondence for spelling and grammar, receives mail, maintains the store director's appointment calendar and serves as the forms manager.
• Serves as the personnel liaison between the commissary and Human Resources Service Provider (HRSP) by generating request, monitoring status, and resolving employee personnel actions.
• Performs in-processing functions for all new hires and reviews in-processing forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Serves as the payroll liaison between the commissary and the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to resolve payroll issues.
• Procures, issues, controls, and disposes of supplies and equipment required for store operations.
• Maintains the property accounting register relating to supplies and equipment procured for the commissary.
