We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore and currently we have offices in Orchard, Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh and we looking for an Admin Executive to join us.
Responsibilities:
> Assist the Manager in the day to day running of the Agency & other Businesses
> Deliver prompt, efficient and quality service
> Provide secretarial and administrative support
> Assist in managing the company’s websites and social media presence
> Assist in Marketing and Promotion activities
> Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:

> Higher Nitec/‘O'/'A' Level/Diploma with 1 year of relevant working experience
> Pleasant & outgoing personality
> Enjoy meeting people
> Social Media Savvy
> Ability to multi-task as well as the tenacity to strive under pressure
> Strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills
> Those with CEI will have an advantage
> Training will be provided
