Job Description Summary
This position will organize and coordinate office administration and related tasks. This position will be responsible for Assisting and scheduling visitor, vendors, guests, customers etc., arranging guest meals and events, managing incoming calls and other communication. Organize and maintain office common areas including, scheduling and oversight of maintenance and repairs. Maintain office supply inventory, copying, scanning, sending/receiving packages, running errands. Assist with office billing, purchase orders. Assist management as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule and greet visitors including ordering meals and event planning.
Handle calls and keep common areas organized and working order.
Ensure, verify, deposit, and submit customer payments received
Check mail and deposit checks
Receive employee notification to prepare and process purchase order
Order Office supplies as requested/needed.
Shipments received are processed in a timely manner and to the appropriate personnel.
Provide general support and assistance to visitors and staff.
Retrieve mail and process data (invoices, checks, etc.)
Prepare paperwork and delivery of packages for shipment.
Coordinate building repair/maintenance and manage I-Lobby and Ring Central administration.
Coordinate with cleaning company/landlord with onsite inspections-(annually)
Onboarding for associates and direct contact with HR
Other activities and duties as needed or assigned.
