Job Scope & Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis by handling full set of accounts and ensure timely closing

- You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting timetables such as preparing quarterly GST submission and Corporate Tax submission & liaising with external auditor

- To ensure compliance with established financial processes, local compliance requirements, financial reporting policies and ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.

- You must possess the knowledge to evaluate the company's P&L and will be responsible to plan for the implementation of finance strategies.

- Provide management reports monthly & yearly & Audit Schedule to Director and perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

- Possess a degree in accounting, finance or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience from the F&B industry is an advantage.

- Have a strong understanding in inventory management and costing.

- Possess strong communication, presentation skills & positive working attitude

- Software skills: MS Office, ERP software such as TALLY & SAP preferably

In this role, you’re expected to:

The Senior Audit Manager is a senior-level management position responsible for owning and managing complex audits, assessments of Citi’s risk and control environment related to Country / Cluster Technology and interactions with senior stakeholders and regulators. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise covering a broad range of Technology areas covering Technology Infrastructure, Applications, Information Security / Cyber, Technology Resilience and topics relating to Governance and Regulatory compliance applicable to countries and clusters across Asia, Europe and Middle East – Africa.

Responsibilities:

• lead an audit team and maintain high levels of motivation within the team.
• Continue to acquire and retain talent, with responsibility for their personal and professional development, remuneration and appraisal and manage the team to specific budgets.
• Deliver audit plans, publish reports, Internal Audit and Regulatory issue validation and business monitoring and relevant governance insights.
• Participate in major business initiatives and pro-actively advise and assist the business on change initiatives.
• Identify solutions for a variety of complex and unique control issues by contributing to management action plans bringing to the fore professional judgement, subject matter expertise and experience.
• Analyze report findings, and recommend interventions where needed, proposing creative and pragmatic solutions to risk and control issues.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Policies, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience which should also comprise of experience in managing and delivering Technology Audits in a highly regulated industry, is required
• Technology Audit experience across a mix of Technology areas covering Technology Infrastructure, Applications, Information Security / Cyber, Technology Resilience and topics relating to Governance and Regulatory compliance.
• Experience of leading Audit team through audit engagements; Experience in business, functional and people managemferent
• Related certifications (CIA, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or similar) preferred.
• Proven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high-quality deliverables within planned timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and innovation in audit tools and techniques, Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Effective negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills.

• Experience in operating as an effective team member in a highly diverse global organization.

Education:

The Senior Auditor is responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for the area or function and help Citi reach business goals.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Perform validation of regulatory issues relating to risk management, including drafting reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutions

• Draft audit reports and present issues to the business while discussing practical cross-functional solutions

• Complete assigned regulatory issue validations within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs

• Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks

• Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines

• Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely audit assurance and influence audit scope

• Develop effective line management relationships to ensure strong understanding of the business; Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members

• Experience with working in or auditing Risk Measurement and Management including Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Risk Reporting, Risk Capital, and Treasury/ Liquidity Risk Management (Credit or Market Risk experience preferred)

• Subject matter expertise regarding audit technology’s application

• Related certifications (CIA, FRM, or similar) and Bachelor’s/University degree preferred

• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision; Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

• Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills and project management skills

• Effective leadership skills; Effective influencing and relationship management skills
