We are seeking a strategic, dynamic Account Support Manager to steer our operations across multiple prestigious sites in the Home Counties and occasionally beyond. You will act as a senior representative, providing stellar support to Account Managers and ensuring operational excellence across the Southern Independent Schools Division. With a focus on developing long-term, profitable client relationships, you will be at the forefront of negotiating contracts and driving new business opportunities.

This role will cover Home counties (Berks, Bucks, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey- also Oxfordshire and Hampshire predominantly)

- Recruit, induct and develop talented employees within the business portfolio and to manage poor performance.

What you bring:- Track record of success in a similar role in a multi-site (3rd party) business.
- Proven experienced of developing profitable relationships for multi-site contracts
- Experienced in leading company initiatives and change management processes
- Ability to identifying and selling new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent client relationship management
- Experience of working in a standards/compliance environment

- Relevant qualification and training
- Broad commercial experience and business acumen and knowledge of external industry developments
