Cosine have an opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive to work on behalf of White Claw, supporting them with their On Trade growth plans and to help drive this amazing brand within the right environment. This is all about creative selling, working with the establishments to sell the brand and create the right level of noise using a unique toolkit of marketing materials. £33900 pa OTE (incl bonus STC), basic, up to 13% bonus and car allowance. Some evening and weekend working may be required.

What will you be doing?
As our White Claw sales executive you will secure listings of White Claw at new accounts across the city, working with venues in the hospitality industry with a focus on late-night venues, Casual dining, Entertainment venues, competitive socializing, and high street sites. You will drive sales and brand engagement through executing market plans and arranging creative events, placing POS and increasing visibility.
If you have experience of working in a bar, as an ex-bar tender or have bar tender history and know the industry well we want to hear from you. You might have experience of festival activity activation, creating pop up events and previous sales and activation in the on-trade.
If you want to be part of a fantastic product expansion, can see yourself creating exciting activation events in venues, including evening brand activation events and attending festivals this could be the role for you.
As our sales executive, you will:
- Drive return on sales and brand awareness by successfully executing marketing plans across the On Trade to drive sales, place branded POS and increase visibility in outlets.
- Build joint business plans through developing strong relationships with acquired customers to ensure return on sales targets are met, contracts are delivered, and renewals are made.
- Act as a brand ambassador for White Claw, ensuring that the brand image and values are effectively communicated to potential customers and partners.
- Provide training for key stakeholders in outlet to increase brand knowledge across our customer base.
- Plan and successfully launch innovation in line with the country plan in target outlets.
- Organize and participate in events, tastings, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engage with customers in the On Trade space.
- Overall responsibility for territory management
- Detailed personal activity management to ensure all working time is focused on maximising customer interaction and ultimately sales levels in your territory
- Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
- Attention to detail in all aspects of role
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, enabling you to influence them to maximise every sales opportunity and products are prominently positioned in chillers
You could be the sales executive for this role if you have:
- Previous retail or sales experience is desirable. We would also love to hear from you if you have the right attitude to succeed in a field sales role.
- You have the use of your own car (car allowance paid)
- You love influencing people and enjoy making a success out of every day, with the ability to motivate yourself to achieve targets and earn money based on your outputs.
- You will ideally have previous experience of brand activation in the on-trade sector

Special feature: This role is working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, there will be the requirement to work some evenings and weekends. Weekend working is by request (hours back in lieu).
