How You will Contribute:

The role focuses primarily on Procurement transactional/spot buy activities. He/she drives better spend compliance & consolidation by checking and channeling the PR to the right procurement process. The person will load and maintain E-Catalogs (future state), help maintain the master data, set up the vendors into the systems (including onboarding.). • Proactively support effective delivery of Indirect Procurement metrics by supporting projects and initiatives identifying root cause of issues and corrective actions
• Support Category and Stakeholders teams in identifying savings and e-catalog opportunities, running tenders and negotiations
• Constantly improve P2P process and any associated administration through creation and maintenance of catalogs, supplier onboarding, contract creation and maintenance, vendor performance dashboards, etc.
• Support Procurement activities related to new acquisitions
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvement projects aimed at improving the efficiency of procurement processes
• Set-up and maintain supplier master data for procurement network
• Meet service level agreements (SLA) for standard tasks (e.g. PR validation, vendor set-up, contracts maintenance, etc.)
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers with SLM Tool or process requests
