The candidate’s primary role is to liaise with the business stakeholders to understand, review and analyze the current and proposed business operations and processes. The candidate is also required to liaise and bridge between the business and the various cross-functional technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Business Analyst are:
• Liaise and communicate with business stakeholders to gather, review, and analyze business requirements
• Collaborate with the Delivery / Project Manager, and cross-functional teams on project-related activities and work
• Work closely with Product Owner to facilitate the writing and management of User Stories
• Able to assist and facilitate Agile ceremonies, in the absence of the Scrum Master

Able to work and communicate with members from other teams and shared service teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Can communicate fluently in English
Relevant work experience in Agile delivery
Relevant work experience in Singapore Public Sector
Relevant diploma/degree
