Job Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming start.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives through engaging social media content and recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team, providing support on various HR projects and initiatives.
• Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• An interest in recruitment and employee engagement, with a passion for connecting with people.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Scope of Responsibilities

1.  Performs internal auditing work; providing input to development of the Annual Audit Plan. Maintains all organisational and professional ethical standards.
2. Ensure compliance with regulations, related to the Environmental Quality Act, Safety and Health Act, and management system standards, while ensuring that the QESH achieves its intended results by incorporating a process approach, risk-based thinking, and implementing improvements to enhance performance.

Key Task

1.   Supervise the compilation of the organisation's key risk areas and provides input to the development of the Annual Audit Plan.
2. Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analysing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
3. Conducts interviews, reviews documents, composes summary memos, and prepares working papers.
4. Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations using independent judgement concerning areas being reviewed.
5. Communicates the results of audit via written reports and oral presentations to management.
6. Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
7. Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers.
8. Represents Internal Audit on organisational project teams.
9. Undertake other duties as directed by the Senior Manager - Internal Audit.

Requirements

1.  Qualification: Minimum diploma, or degree, or professional qualification/ certification (e.g. CIA, CMIIA, CA(M), CPA or CISA).
2. Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years relevant working experience in auditing, accounting, or Operations.
3. Specific skills/ abilities:

• Skills in applying internal auditing principles & practices.
• Skills in collecting & analysing complex data, evaluating information & systems, and drawing logical conclusions.
• Good planning skills, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Computer literate in preparing working papers and reports.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

JOB PURPOSE

This role acts as the liaison between our client and customers to recover debts and resolve outstanding payments. Duties include communicating with customers via telephone, negotiating payment plans with owing customers, and enacting payment plans to clear their debts. Accomplished Tele-Collection Agents require high customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as a mind for problem-solving to work with customers to resolve their debts to mitigate financial losses.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA

• Make outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment.
• Receive inbound calls (which is related to unblocking of devices or recovery related matters) and to negotiate payment arrangement with the customer.
• To proceed with the unblocking request (if applicable/necessary).
• Update systems on calls made and actions take for each customer.
• Any other Ad-hoc matters

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Formal Education

High School Certificate (or) Diploma/Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience

Total Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of strong and solid background in sales, customer service, or call centre service. Previous collection experience will be advantageous.

Language Proficiencies

Fluent in the English and Malay Language (written and spoken). Candidates who can converse in Mandarin or/plus Local Chinese dialects will be advantageous.
