Responsibilities:

• Achieve Gross Profit (GP) target as set by the Management.
• Forecast Planning, develop, implement, review business plans and strategies to sustain growth and profit for product(s) as assigned. 
• Thorough product knowledge, familiar with related brand and products as well. Arrange, conduct or coordinate product training to relevant sales team on regular basis.
• Pricing and promotion strategy and planning by identifying the market for newer trends, monitoring pricing policies, competitive landscape and grow opportunities with all channel to generate revenue.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients for eye exams and other services.
• Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, including follow-ups and consultations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical history and test results.
• Assist with basic vision tests (e.g., measuring visual acuity, conducting preliminary screenings) and prepare patients for examinations.
• Ensure that all optometric equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, assisting in basic troubleshooting.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Certificate and/or Diploma in medical field.
