• Serves as the Director of the Default Division and is a key member of Servicing and Asset Management Office management team. Providing guidelines governing Foreclosures, REO and Bankruptcy, Debt Settlement, Treasury Offset and Loss Mitigation.

Administrative Management:

• Provides for the overall administrative management of the Mental Health Service.
• Advises, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates administrative processes and programs such as contract management, funds management, clinic flow, clinic scheduling,
• staffing efficiency, labor mapping, access, strategic planning, and communication across the Service Line.
• Manages a variety of administrative functions, including the Service appointment calendar, distribution and dissemination of incoming mail, internal controls, records management, publication, and forms management.
• Ensures inquiries, correspondence, and actions are addressed in a timely fashion following established templates, suspense timelines, or other process as appropriate.
• Develops performance metrics and process measurement methods - collecting data from various sources; analyzing data; developing reports; and providing guidance to the Service Chief and other clinical staff.

• Analyzes resource needs and makes recommendations based on staffing needs, approval of individual expenditures for all non-recurring items; approving and preparing all requests for funding, etc.
• Performs analysis of budget requests by employing techniques such as cost-benefit analysis, program tradeoffs, and explorations of alternative methods of funding to ensure that program objectives are met.
• Coordinates equipment needs with internal and external staff, research specific equipment needs, how it will be used, obtains quotes, conducts market research, obtains, and justifies approvals, communicates with contracting and coordinates delivery and installation.
• Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for medical service contracts needed for the provision of essential patient care within the Medical Center and CBOCs.

• Administers and oversees all aspects of personnel management within the Service.

Responsible for performing all clinical laboratory testing in a Federal Bureau of Prison correctional facility. Will function as a generalist performing testing in all disciplines of the clinical laboratory including hematology, blood bank, coagulation, serology, urinalysis, microbiology, chemistry and specimen collection.

The nature of the work demands an advanced thorough knowledge of clinical laboratory sciences as they relate to the performance of laboratory analysis on human blood, tissues and body fluids. A specialized knowledge of clinical correlation which relates laboratory test data to human physiology, a broad knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies, laboratory equipment/ instrumentation maintenance and quality assurance procedures is required.

The incumbent provides clerical and administrative assistance to the organization. Receives all visitors and telephone calls to superiors. Determines nature of call or business of visitors. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and review contract documents, including solicitations, bids, proposals, and c modifications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations (e.g. FAR, D FARS).

This position serves as the Administrative Officer (AO) for Environmental Management Services (EMS) reporting directly to the Hospital Housekeeping Officer (HHO) at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Provides for the overall administrative management for the service - serving as an administrative extension of the Hospital Housekeeping Officer (HHO) and Assistant Hospital Housekeeping Officer (AHHO), Environmental Management Service, and professional staff, explaining service policies and assisting staff in implementing them.
2. Assists with the development and formatting of Medical Center policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); tracks policies to ensure they are updated as necessary - interpreting administrative policies, defining administrative requirements and/or providing advice to EMS management on related issues.
3. Applies new policies, provides advice on requirements, maintains administrative systems, and prepares administrative paperwork.
4. Reviews and evaluates guidance on various functions and procedures, identifies problem areas, and implements or recommends actions to improve procedures and increase efficiency, eliminate problems, and conform to policy requirements.
5. Participates in regular meetings with leadership and other officials to address administrative management issues, resolve problems, and provide recommendations for correcting or improving processes and programs.
