Technical Program Support

• Accurately interpret, fills, and prepares prescriptions with appropriate medications and or medical supplies for pharmacist verification.
• Maintains work areas in a clean and orderly condition by assuring that all stock and equipment are in assigned places and all shelves and counters are free of dust and debris in order to create optimal work areas.
• Assures drugs and supplies are appropriately stored and secured according to USP and VA guidelines, including the storage of high-risk, look a-like sound a-like, hazardous, controlled substances, and refrigerated items.

Curlew Crescent is a residential service, currently supporting 6 male adults with autism. Curlew has a real homely feel with a large, shared area that the guys enjoy socializing together in. They also have their own rooms which are personalized to their own needs.

Our residents participate in a wide range of activities, they enjoy group activities such as visiting theme parks, dinners out and even an evening out at a local nightclub. They also enjoy their own activities such as visiting local garden centers and going on walks in the local area.

We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck driver to join our clients busy site in Medway.

You will be working outside, loading and unloading lorries, moving timber around the yard, discharging timber from the ships and picking up cargo from the terminals. Ideally candidates will have experience of moving timber / large bulky items around.

There are between 60 - 100 deliveries per day and it is very physical work. Additionally there will be occasions where candidates will need to operate a crane, this goes 10m up in the air - so if candidates have this experience it would be advantageous

Candidates need to be available to work Monday to Friday but also weekends as well. You will be required to work on an on call basis, however, you are guaranteed to have one weekend off per month.

You will be required to work a 40 hour week, which runs between two shifts of 7am to 4pm and 9am to 6pm. Candidates interested in applying will need to be able to commit to the weekend working.

The salary starts at £31,200 per annum and will increase to £40,200 once the probation period has been completed.

Job Role: Pallet Truck Driver

Rate of Pay:

• £12.00 for the first 40 hours
• £15.00 after 40 hours

Working week:

A 5 on 2 off shift pattern with an average of 45 hours per week.

Working hours of 07.15am until 17.25pm with flexibility required.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operation of powered pallet trucks to transport fresh goods within production areas
• Load and unload pallets from vehicles and storage areas
• Working within a cold store environment (temperatures ranging from 0-5 degrees Celsius)
• Repetitive manual handling of products (Up to 18Kg)
• Keep the dispatch area clean and tidy at all times
• Maintain excellent levels of hygiene and health and safety standards
• Report any damaged or missing goods, non-conformance's or accidents to relevant managers

Key Skills:

• Current and in date PPT truck license (Desirable)
• Experience of working in a warehouse or stores based environment
• Have an understanding of health and safety and food hygiene standards
• To have the ability to interpret and follow written and spoken instructions
• Comfortable with a physical role where manual handling is a frequent requirement
• The ability to learn how to operate hand-held scanners

Job Role: HGV Class 1 Driver

Rate of Pay: From £50,000 per annum

• £16.80 for the first 40 hours
• £21.00 after 40 hours

Additional allowance paid for overnight stays.

Additional bonus paid for driving of 30 seated buses.

Working week:

An average of a 55 hour working week on a rolling shift pattern Week 1 (5 on 1 off) Week 2 (5 on 2 off) Note: 1 in 12 full weekends off.

Shifts start at either 4am or 9am for drivers depending on the destination, furthest travel is into Scotland. Must be able to use Counterbalance Forklift when at the farms to load lorries.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure fresh goods are transported both safely and securely
• Occasionally operate the 30 seater company bus (PSV will be funded if not obtained already)
• Carrying out various trailer work; including chilled refrigerators, curtain siders, low loaders, and containers.
• Ensuring all delivery and collection notes and paperwork are correct
• Operate a forklift or pump truck as and when required to load and /or unload vehicles
• Taking responsibility for the security of any products carried whilst in transit. This can include long distance journeys which may mean spending occasional nights away from home

Key Skills:

• HGV Class 1 license and current Tacho Card is essential
• A PSV license is desirable (alternatively the willingness to undertake training - funded by the company)
• Proven experience of operating HGV Class 1 Vehicles is essential
• The ability to interpret and follow written and spoken instructions
• Comfortable with a physical role where manual handling is a frequent requirement
• The ability to commit to a flexible and often unsocial working pattern and hours

Job Role: Quality Controller

Rate of Pay:

• £12.69 per hour for the first 40 hours
• £15.86 per hour for hours worked beyond 40

Working Week:

• Contracted for 5 days per week (may increase to 6 days during busy periods)

• Prior experience in a fresh produce environment is essential.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Basic understanding of stock control systems.

Our client works with companies in various industries to include the Food Service, Pharmaceutical, healthcare, public services and marine sectors, to name a few.

Working as a Stores Manager your role will be to oversee and manage the stores team, ensuring the efficient and accurate booking in / out of stock, making sure that the stock vs system count is maintained to a high level.

You will be required to check the stock coming in against purchase orders, making sure that quantities are correct, checking the quality of the products received, reporting any errors as they occur.

Other duties will include ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained at all times, completing stock takes, cycle counts and valuations within the main stores area.

Candidates interested in this role will have gained a minimum of 3 years previous experience within a stores manager role, you will possess excellent communication skills as you will liaise with both internal staff and external suppliers / couriers.

Ideally candidates would have experience of using Pegasus Opera / CRM systems and also previous experience of managing a manufacturing stores environment.
