The Pharmacy Technician provides support to all pharmacy operations in a variety of settings. This includes patient care activities in the main outpatient dispensing pharmacy, phone center, outpatient clinic, administration area, or to other area as assigned by the supervisor.

Typical duties may include but are not limited to:

• Reads and interprets prescriptions from the veteran electronic health record systems (EHRS) or in written format.
• Reviews prescription orders for technical accuracy.
• Prepares medications and ensures the orderable item matches the item being dispensed regarding drug, strength, quantity, or appropriate supply item supply item.
• Dispenses medications and sterile products following all regulations, policies, and procedures for safe medication distribution.
• Uses Automatic Dispensing machines (ADM) to batch and label medications. Ensure ScriptTalk labels are batched if needed. Understands when to use other prescription labels with computer outages.

The primary purpose of this position is: To perform aircraft structural maintenance and support equipment repair for tasks associated with the planning, laying out, fabricating, modifying, repairing, assembling, corrosion control, specialized coatings, advanced composites, tubing, and installing sheet metal parts, items, and assemblies and to provide training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks herein.

Responsibilities:
1: IAW technical data and standards: Plans and lays out work from engineering data, blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, and work orders in the repair, coating, or manufacture of aircraft structural components and support equipment.

2: IAW technical data and standards: Develops patterns, molds, cuts, forms, joins, assembles, and installs items and systems which have combined straight and curved edges or irregular curves, angles, and planes.

3: Operates, cleans, maintains, and accounts for all hand, power tools and equipment, such as slip roll forming machines, box and pan brakes, beading and tubing machines to fabricate and repair items. Utilizes safety practices, Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and AF Environmental Compliance Assessment Management Program (ECAMP) environmental protection practices and procedures and complies with security regulations, directives and policies.

4: Inspects, prepares aircraft and support equipment surfaces and applies a variety of chemical compounds, protective and specialized coatings to a variety of materials, such as sheet metal, radomes, and composites then correctly disposes of hazardous waste products.

5: Repairs, modifies, and manufactures fiberglass, bonded honeycomb, and composite/metal structural components that have contours that must be reestablished or that require the manufacture of a mold using the available part or pattern. Prepares effective training plans to maximize Reserve training.

• You will be responsible for the starting, stopping and proper operation of the gas turbine generator and associated equipment.
• You will be responsible for relaying instructions to the following shift operator to include problems encountered and corrective actions taken.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting set points and other settings of the base microgrid along with all of the solar arrays and the BESS battery bank.
• You will be responsible for oversight and management of the plant operations and work with Boiler Operators to supply the steam and electricity necessary to meet the base requirements.
• You will decide what work must be done to correct problems.

• Participate in the development of long-range strategic goals and resource projections under the direction of the (ID-R) Human Resources Director.
• Formulate and execute Garrison’s budget and contracts for Alcohol Substance Abuse Program, Administrative Services, and Education programs by utilizing established policies and objectives, financial management reports, and resource databases.
• Analyze taskings to determine the appropriate staff section to complete the action along with overseeing the tracking of the suspense through an automated system.
• Perform integrated management and direct assistance for assigned Information Management and Records Management Program elements.
