Our male client is looking for reliable, caring and professional complex care assistants / support workers to assist in his daily living, such as support with his personal care and mobility.

Do you need experience?

Due to the nature of the role, paid UK care experience within the last 6 months is preferred, as much as this is a complex care role, we will consider applicants with care or support worker experience.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be working as part of the care team, recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. This role could be for you if you have;

- Previous experience in a senior care role.

- Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, but not essential.


Qualifications for the role;

- You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
