In addition, the HUD-VASH Social Work Supervisor will provide high quality social work case management, care and services to a small caseload of assigned Veteran patients enrolled in the HUD-VASH Program. The (2) Registered Nurses in the Close to Me Infusion Greenville Outpatient Clinic will work with a wide variety of medical specialist in an outpatient setting, including Oncology. This nurse will plan, evaluate and implement interventions for oncology Veterans, administering chemotherapy, and supportive therapies.
