The primary purpose of this position is to as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) officer position, to serve as an assistant to the Maintenance Group Commander and as such, reviews policy and assists the Senior ART/Maintenance Group (MXG) Commander in planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling all activities and operations of the Maintenance Group. Incumbent receives experience, training, and instruction in providing overall staff direction to all Maintenance Group programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In conjunction with the MXG Senior Art/Commander plans, direct, organizes, manages, and provides oversight for activities in the Maintenance Group. Responsible to the Maintenance Group Senior ART/Commander in integrating, and executing all aspects of the assigned maintenance activities/programs within cost, schedule, performance and/or system supportability requirements.
2. Represents the Maintenance Group Commander at a variety of installation and functional area organizational meetings. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other group commanders, representatives and senior staff at Numbered Air Force, HQ AFRC, gaining MAJCOMs, and Air Staff.
3. Ensures effective operation of the aircraft maintenance complex. Make periodic and comprehensive assessment of program through a review of performance indicators, productivity goals and accomplishments, deficiency reports, audit findings, etc.
4. Accomplishes special staff studies, projects and initiatives resulting from legislative and regulatory changes, reengineering efforts, new technology, privatization, program/mission changes, etc. Identifies the need for studies, establishes goals and objectives, and designates working group(s) as needed.

• The position is located in Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Resource Directorate, Financial Management Division, Accounting Branch.
• Serve as the Senior Accountant responsible for designing, developing, operating, and administering accounting operations that involve policy, accounts payable, debt collections, accounts receivable, and reimbursement programs.
• Responsible for independently solving problems, performing research, developing proposals, and providing technical advice and guidance for the DCAA accounting and financial management systems.
• Perform written and oral presentations and participates in briefings to internal and external management officials on Agency policies and procedures.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To perform duties as export license review team lead and senior action officer in the Combat Support Branch, Foreign Disclosure and Technology Transfer Division. Incumbent manages the export license review process in the Combat Support Branch and provides on-the-job training, guidance, oversight and mentoring for two civilian employees with assigned export license responsibilities. As senior action officer, employee also provides guidance and expertise to two assigned active-duty military action officers. Employee develops disclosure policies, program and procedures to guide national, DoD and Air Force decisions to release or to restrict release of classified military information (CMI) and controlled unclassified information (CUI) or equipment to foreign nations and international organizations. Disclosure guidelines specify what information should be transferred or restricted in the interest of U.S. national security. The employee authorizes disclosures of classified and controlled unclassified information in support of complex bilateral and multinational programs involving foreign military sales, direct commercial sales, foreign training, international cooperative research and development, international co-production, combined operations and exercises, exchange officers, and military intelligence sharing. Incumbent acts as senior analyst and policy expert for advanced weapons systems, technologies, capabilities, and information disclosure issues.

DUTIES:

1. As Team Lead manages and leads the work of five employees (including incumbent) in the Combat Support Branch export license review team.
2. As Team Lead develops national, DoD, and USAF disclosure policies, advisories, Air Force instructions, Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letters (DDLs), export license positions, exemptions to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), release guidelines, and disclosure guidance.
3. As Team Lead authorizes disclosure of documents, briefings, and other forms of classified and controlled unclassified information to foreign governments and international organizations.
4. As Team Lead develops and maintains broad expertise in the following areas as they pertain to Air Force disclosure initiatives
5. As Team Lead develops and guides development of disclosure oversight, education, and training guidelines and materials.

Receives all visitors and incoming calls to the Warden.

Screens calls and visitors to determine those requiring the Warden’s attention and referring others to the appropriate department.

Obtains and provides background information through the use of electronic communication or Bureau of Prisons policy to assist in handling those calls that require the Warden’s attention.

Resolves and/or assists in resolving a variety of concerns by staff and/or visitors.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and is performed on a regular and recurring basis.

Maintain situational awareness of significant issues affecting NIM Near East in general, the Levant in particular, and the broader community; alert senior NIM-NESA and ODNI/DMI staff regarding emerging issues that affect the office.

Provide collaboration tools and policies for successful collaboration efforts.

Drive integration and collaboration within and across IC intelligence initiatives.

Lead assessments to leverage best practices and lessons learned.

Lead the development and preparation of internal and external memoranda, tasking responses, and other correspondence, to include policy analysis documents in response to tasking from policymakers.

• Works as a Recreation Aid (Physical Fitness) at the Gyms-Physical Fitness/Aquatic Training in the capacity of receptionist and facility worker. Responsible for cleaning of fitness machines, locker rooms and pool areas.
• Ensures correct, proper and safe use of all fitness equipment and explains equipment usage to guests. Is familiar with the working of the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi operations.

• Primary responsibility will be the implementation and maintenance of the facility's Electronic Health Record (EHR) for outpatient services. Responsible for managing the operations and improvements of the Resource Patient Management System's (RPMS) hardware, software, security, network, client/server interaction and clinical applications.
• Sets up EHR files, parameters, menus and clinical references for users; troubleshoots complex program irregularities and determines appropriate action for correction. Assures System and data are appropriately backed-up and runs system tests to assure restoration can be achieved as needed. Responsible for coding, testing and debugging the system to ensure data recovery. Performs acceptance tests, benchmark tests, and other studies used to evaluate the acceptability of computers, programs, and systems for meeting information system needs.
• Function as an application manager in the planning, development, setup and implementation of all aspects the Indian Health Service Resource and Patient Management System EHR. Prepares written policies and procedures for both long-term and short-term plans for the RPMS; Performs daily, weekly and monthly system checks and documents findings for the record.
• Principle resource person to clinical service program managers and other management officials in resolving difficult and highly complex problems, which may be confined to a single service or may extend across organizational services lines. Provides consultation and technical guidance to Area staff as the RPMS site manager. Verbally communicates with Area staff to identify and resolve system related issues. Provide presentations to senior managers on the RPMS operations.

1. This position will support the Federal Government's response efforts to COVID-19. Performs Basic Life Support. Initiates established medical protocols in providing basic life support.

2. Performs crash-rescue and firefighting duties involving air traffic or support operations where hazardous conditions are such that the expectancy for fire is high and potential for becoming destructive is great.

3. Performs structural firefighting duties for a variety of facilities, which may include large multistoried buildings, industrial areas, and/or base storage facilities.

4. Maintains firefighting equipment and fire station facilities.

This position may perform all or some of the following duties as assigned:

Secures clean linen, glassware, and silverware and sets assigned tables spreading clean linens and placing glasses, condiment holders and silverware on table. Prepares side tables with other necessary items that may be required during the course of the meal.

Works according to rigid time schedule securing food and/or beverage from kitchen or bar area. Serves meal or beverage, placing dishes by course in front of each guest. During the course of the meal, continues to monitors the guests' needs, refilling beverages and providing additional items as requested to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Upon completion of meal, removes soiled dishes, glasses and silverware and resets for the next guest.

Takes orders for alcohol, answers questions regarding beverage choices available, gives order to bartender, and delivers to customer.

May be required to receive payments, operate cash register, make and return change to the guest directly. At end of shift, completes the Daily Activity Report (DAR), verifying the amount of money collected and drops the cashier bag into the drop safe.

• Serves as Supervisory Foreign Liaison Specialist/Deputy Director responsible for relations between Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) and the Washington Corps of Military Attachés.
• Responsible for distinguished foreign visits to HQDA, foreign protocol support, and assignment of Army personnel to the Defense Attaché System.
• Advises the Director on all aspects of foreign liaison missions and operations and ensures continuity of operations and consistency of policies during regular rotations of the military director.
