Responsible for the support and development of HR system. Provision of assistance to the HR Systems team in the production of Management Information and maintenance of HR system.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

• Support and maintenance of HR and Payroll System. Providing direct user support to customers.
• Ability to write new reports and amending existing reports on using report browsers, Excel to present data.
• Support the Maintenance of the agreed complement, including the creation and / or updating existing positions and employee data in HR system.
• Support the provision of reports to ensure are received in a reasonable and timely manner.
• Support the testing of any changes, upgrades or enhancements to the system.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Ability to Support and maintain iTrent HR System and provide customer support
• Knowledge and experience of providing management information from HR Systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel to include creation of Pivot Tables
• Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure delivery of a high-quality customer service in line with the monthly reporting and payroll cycle.
• Good attention to detail with a proven ability to check numerical and narrative information thoroughly and accurately.
• Act as a positive role model and promote the culture of House, maintaining principles of equality, diversity and inclusion at all times.

To assist in the management of the survey and valuation of all lands and heritages in a designated area of responsibility for the purposes of the Lands Valuation Acts and the Local Government Finance Act 1992 and to deal with any resulting proposals and appeals. To assist in managing, controlling, and directing a team of professional and technical staff in compiling and maintaining the Valuation Roll and Valuation List for a designated area. To deputise for the Assessor in terms of section 84 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

Who are we looking for: Divisional Valuer who will carry out property inspections and valuations, analyse rental transactions, devise schemes of valuation, negotiate proposals and appeals with professional agents/rate payers, and act as an expert witness. You will be required to assist the Divisional Assessor alongside your fellow Divisional Valuers, in the supervision of the valuation team. This role will require you to deputise for the Divisional Assessor when required. You will also be expected to represent the Assessor at Tribunal hearings leading evidence for Council Tax appeals.

You will have a positive, professional attitude together with the ability to work under pressure while ensuring strict deadlines are achieved and the ability to work as part of a team, or individually. In addition, you will be required to drive to survey appointment and scheduled meetings,

Catch 22 are currently working with an education provider looking to appoint a hands on Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to support with the upkeep and running of their academy in Bradford.

The ideal candidate will have relevant hands on experience in building maintenance and will be responsible for the completion of the estates maintenance repairs and PPM's, H&S compliance, reporting and providing general administrative support for the facilities department.

Core responsibilities for Facilities Maintenance Supervisor include:

• Carry out general maintenance works such as portering, grounds upkeep, replacing carpet and ceiling tiles, fitting whiteboards, minor plumbing and electrics.
• Support in the planning, development and organisation of systems, initiatives, procedures and policies.
• Conduct office building inspections and manage facilities projects.

Ideal Candidate:

• Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of estates maintenance and a hands on approach.

• Understanding of H&S processes, IOSH would be advantageous
• Ability to supervise projects, contractors and small projects
• Have an excellent organised, methodical and accurate approach to work and able to work under pressure.
