• The duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Assigns responsibilities, delegates authority, determines operating policies, provides direction on work products, and reviews program operations to assure the attainment of program objectives.
• Develops subordinate supervisor’s performance standards; and makes a formal and informal appraisal of work, giving advice, counsel, and instructions to employees, as required.
• The incumbent acts for the AAMD Division Director when the Division Director is away from the office on official travel or leave.
• Develops mission-critical goals and objectives for AAMD by providing leadership and direction.
• Advises on the resolution of critical or unusual problems for a broad range of complex, frequently long-term, realty projects in situations affecting agency-wide operations.

• Serves as agency representative between the State Office and Service Centers in an assigned district of service centers.
• Provides oversight, program advice, training and guidance to County committees and service center staffs on commodity programs and farm loan programs.
• Conducts ongoing evaluations of program and administrative operations in service enters within the district.
• Makes loan program decisions or recommendations in those areas beyond the delegated authority of the Farm Loan Managers.
• Supervises Farm Loan Managers.

Selectee(s) will report to an assigned DOL office location on a regular basis and be eligible for telework as determined by agency policy. This is not a remote position. • Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments.
• Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost customer productivity and revenue.
• Analyze business requirements and processes and makes recommendations to senior leadership for implementation.
• Create and maintain design and requirements documents to identify the development needs for streamlining and improving agency operations.
• Serve as expert consultant and advisor to Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/Deputy CTO regarding the application of DOL, scientific and statistical standards to data evaluation and analysis in the development of high-priority analyses and actionable metrics.
• Establish, implement and employ predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis processes to facilitate business decision-making for senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with key OCIO customer organizations and user communities.
• Coordinate with all staff elements and contractors responsible for IT support and delivery to ensure activities align with OCIO's strategic plan and departmental objectives.
• Formulate and defends an IT budget and ensures maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the use of IT resources.
• Plan and assign work based on priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.
• Develop performance standards and evaluates work performance.
