Major duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments.
• Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost customer productivity and revenue.
• Analyze business requirements and processes and makes recommendations to senior leadership for implementation.
• Create and maintain design and requirements documents to identify the development needs for streamlining and improving agency operations.
• Serve as expert consultant and advisor to Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/Deputy CTO regarding the application of DOL, scientific and statistical standards to data evaluation and analysis in the development of high-priority analyses and actionable metrics.
• Establish, implement and employ predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis processes to facilitate business decision-making for senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with key OCIO customer organizations and user communities.
• Coordinate with all staff elements and contractors responsible for IT support and delivery to ensure activities align with OCIO's strategic plan and departmental objectives.
• Formulate and defends an IT budget and ensures maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the use of IT resources.
• Plan and assign work based on priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.
• Develop performance standards and evaluates work performance.
• Advise, counsel and instruct employees on both work and administrative matters.

• Oversee the management and performance of a major Division of the Client Experience Center (CEC) Organization that oversees and manages the organization's entire budget formulation and execution process.
• Account for real and projected expenditures by the preparation and management of appropriate records, documents, and reports; procure, perform, and conduct research and analysis on furniture, supplies, directory services, copying and duplication services.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses, and purchase equipment and services for various IT operations and applications.
• Oversee the HR administration and management programs for assigned employees and serviced managers. Manage the internal controls and suggestion programs, as well as the mail management, messenger, and motor vehicle services.
• Develop policies, procedures, and administrative notices that explain the steps necessary to implement new or modified administrative regulations or programs.
• Supervise a staff of professional, administrative, and technical staff positions in the performance of the division's mission, to include Human Resources and Employee Service Management, Financial Management, Budget Formulation and Execution, Travel Management, and Asset Management. Exercise delegated authority to oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of various administrative program segments.
