Key Accountabilities -

Investigations and Ethics Hotline

• Works closely with other functions to conduct corporate investigations adhering to the Company’s investigation procedure. It includes the following:
  • Assess concern and determine the need for interim corrective actions.

• Provide investigation data and trends for Global Compliance Committee, the Board of Directors reports, due diligence requests or requests from the Legal department.
• Works with Endo’s legal team to ensure the information requested by legal is provided in a timely manner.

Policies, Procedures and Training

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide analyses of key activities, processes, and policies/procedures to maintain and improve Endo’s processes and controls.
• Assists in implementation of appropriate policies and procedures designed to improve control environment at Endo India and ensure consistency and timeliness in the investigation and disposition of allegations, complaints and reports.
• Conducts or facilitates periodic training to educate team members on the investigations process and encourage speak up culture.

Compliance Monitoring & Risk Assessment

• Perform regular monitoring & review to check the effectiveness and compliance of OFAC sanctions controls.

Qualifications -

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 10-12 years of compliance, legal and/or forensic accounting/auditing field.

• Strong educational credentials with an advanced degree such as JD, Accounting degree, CA, CPA and/or CFE preferred.

Knowledge

• Attends major travel events to promote and increase sales for the hotel
• Under the guidance of the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, directs all sales activities and reports for Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Executives to ensure they meet their set targets for the year
• Works with the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing on manpower planning and management needs

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

• Meets with guests from corporate/major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client

• End-to-end management of client projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the agreed quality standard
• Be the client’s “trusted advisor” – Manage, develop and grow client relationships and expectations
• Create, own and implement the clients’ marcomms plan
• Ensure the quality of outputs from the team exceeds client expectations and Fifth Ring standards

• Contribute at a senior level to the output from the team
• Activate client account growth plans across all product and service lines
• Support agency Finance team with fiscal forecasting and adherence to accounting processes and management
• Cultivate and rely on extensive informal networks inside and outside the agency to solve problems
• Work with Regional Director to ensure all work is commercially optimised and all financial risks are mitigated
• Manage the financial health of jobs, including performing regular budget checks and resourcing capacities
• Ensure Fifth Ring processes and procedures are followed at all times
• Provide the business development team support by managing and executing new business negotiations
• Collaborate with Marketing and account servicing teams to market Fifth Ring to new clients
• Support in the development and delivery of new products and services
• Represent Fifth Ring externally at a senior level and network to attract new people and business opportunities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES

Essential

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications agency space, specifically in B2B or corporate communications
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Oversee client portfolio – manage own accounts and guide Client Services team to manage assigned accounts to profitability and neutral, positive variance
• Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills, including active listening, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and proactively management of relationships – both internally and externally
• Clear understanding of the most effective marketing strategy and channels to meet the client's objectives at a strategic and tactical level
• Ability to respectfully challenge both clients and colleagues when necessary, maintain composure under adversity and exercise independent and fair consensus-building skills when conflict arises
• Work with business development and marketing teams to create plans that appeal to clients’ business objectives
