This is an exciting, senior marketing role within a progressive independent school. The Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications (DoMAC) will play a vital part in fulfilling the school's mission: To provide an exceptional and rounded education to those who might benefit from it, regardless of their background and financial means.
Reporting directly to the Head, the DoMAC will be influential in shaping and delivering the strategic direction of the school. They will be an inspiring and motivational leader, with a track record in strategic marketing, communications and brand management.
The DoMAC will have a strong resonance with the schools mission, aims and values, and with independent education more broadly. A natural communicator, they will be articulate, persuasive and an authentic ambassador, able and keen to promote the most inclusive and progressive independent school in the region. BGS is the Sunday Times Parent Power Southwest Independent School of the Year 2024, and our Head is chair of HMC The Heads Conference, for the academic year 2024-25.
