Summary of responsibilities:

• Prepare all F&B equipment for dining experience according to standards and assign production and preparation work for all staff to complete, and review priorities.
• Take physical inventory of items for daily inventory and production charts according to department standards.
• Meet with Executive Chef to review schedules, assignments, anticipated business levels, changes, and other information pertinent to the job performance.
• Communicate additions or changes to the assignments as they arise throughout the shift. Identify situations that compromise the department’s standards and delegate these tasks.
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in all outlets
• Monitor performance of staff and ensure all procedures are completed to the department standards; rectify deficiencies with respective personnel.
• Communicate needs with Purchasing and Storeroom personnel. Ensure quality of products received.
• Meet with the Executive Steward to review equipment needs, banquet plate-up assistance, cleaning schedule/project status, health/safety, and sanitation follow-up.
• Participate and contribute to the resort sustainability program through education, interaction, and suggestion.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Has in-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable.
• Has strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model.
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
• Is well versed in project management and result-oriented.
• Diploma from Hospitality or a related major is required, Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activity
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards
• Work with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed
• Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring all costs are controlled and within guidelines

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or related professional area
• Has in-depth knowledge of local and state laws related to loss prevention and safety

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Human Resources Certification Manual are strictly adhered to.
• Assists the Guidance Team and Heads of Division/Department in identifying training needs within each department
• Prepare, finalize, submit the annual property training budget plan & CAPEX, and monitor an effective utilization

• Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as a Learning Development Manager / Training Manager in a large 5-star luxury resort or a cluster role
• Proficient in performing Training Need Analysis, working on learning development budget, setting a full-year training plan, well versed in establishing modules, is agile on working with dynamic targets to execute and review effectiveness
• Well-versed in the leadership assessment process and execution
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Ability to deliver effective training to a large number of audiences including at the Executive level
• Energetic, creative, and a role model to employees in standards, grooming, interaction, and communication

As Museum Director, you will shape and oversee the overall strategic direction of the museum, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in curatorial, educational, and visitor experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and nurture solid relationships with stakeholders and effectively convey the museum's non-profit goals and educational significance.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire teams of museum & hospitality professionals, providing leadership and guidance in all aspects of museum operations for the successful execution of museum programs and initiatives.
• Promoting understanding of Bali and Balinese culture: Develop and implement strategies to promote understanding of Balinese culture to visitors. Oversee the planning and execution of educational initiatives in the form of exhibitions and programs.
