Accountabilities:

• Leads a growing team of U.S. Wealth Technology professionals of roughly 150 people (44 FTE, others Contingent)

• Portfolio management of roughly 45 applications and 10MM of year over year work.

• Manages development teams that are accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery of quality solutions which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of applications to ensure and/or maintain alignment with IT strategies and adhering to standards.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent work experiences. Master’s degree in Computer Science or MBA with technology as a core component preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides 24 hour managerial and clinical support to patients and staff. Uses depth and breadth of clinical management knowledge to ensure the provision of high quality, safe, and cost effective patient care. Demonstrates clinical expertise and oversees the leadership of clinical, financial, and personnel management of the assigned areas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3 years related experience.

Requires clinical experience and certification as: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with advance certification in Cardiac/Vascular. Licensure by state regulatory agency required, if applicable. Requires ACLS certification.

Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of clinical care management.

Demonstrates knowledge and skills of specialty area. Requires critical thinking, communication, influence, decision-making, analytical, and flexibility skills to make optimal decisions based on multiple variables and desired outcomes. Must have the ability to practice skills according to department and professional standards and quality requirements.

The Internal Audit Director – Finance and Treasury Portfolio will focus on co-leading the Finance and Treasury Internal Audit team under the direction of the Audit Senior Director – Finance and Treasury, conducting audits in the areas such as general accounting, regulatory reporting, product control, liquidity management, capital management, and interest rate risk management.  The Internal Audit Director is a leadership position within the US Internal Audit Department responsible for the development and execution of a risk based audit plan that addresses the significant risks relevant to the Finance and Treasury Portfolio.  The Internal Audit Director develops strong relationships with Finance and Treasury business partners to obtain an understanding of the risks facing the organization and stay close to new developments impacting the business.  Additionally, the Internal Audit Director role will be responsible for leading, directing, evaluating, and developing audit professionals to ensure audit activities are conducted to high standards of accuracy, rigor, and credibility and according to regulations and industry standards.  The Internal Audit Director will also assist the Audit Senior Director in mentoring and developing the Finance and Treasury Internal Audit team to ensure team members continue to progress their careers.

We are seeking a hands-on Associate Director for the Risk Reporting Management (“RRM”) Team without our T&O Risk and Internal Controls (“T&O RIC”) unit.  T&O RIC reinforces the bank’s “1st line of defense” by providing controls and oversight for Technology and Operations in support of all pillars of the bank. T&O RIC is responsible for T&O’s Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Testing (GRCT/1b) operating model and targeted Controls Processing activities, including Reconciliations, Logical Access provisioning and Quality Testing plus risk-related executive reporting. RRM is responsible for providing T&O RIC and T&O with analysis, support, and risk reporting.  This person will lead a small team in RRM that will play a key role in the development of key risk reports for T&O.

This role will be responsible for working with data to build connections, analyze and work with the team to Identifies trends and patterns to address identified business questions and provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques. This role is Hands on 70% of the time. The role may also consist of designing dashboards and analyses to be performed, and appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use.  They will work with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, automate and scale analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and decision support tools. Also, build various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualisation techniques.  Other key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides overall direction of the Finance functions for separate operating unit(s) to support the achievement of facility and related entities' financial and strategic objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and understanding of business and financial healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related degree

Requires a proficiency level typically attained with seven or more years experience in healthcare finance. Employees working at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital or the Whole Health Clinic must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides oversight and operational support to the ambulatory standard of care operating model across the organization. This includes partnering with clinical performance group medical and process leaders and/or corporate services leaders to design and implement an industry leadership standard care delivery model. Plays a key role in the implementation and maintenance and improvement of the model throughout the organization, as well as provides ongoing oversight to ensure adherence to the model and identification of continued enhancement opportunities for ambulatory workflow processes and clinical/business performance outcomes.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Oversees the standard of care operating model(s) to ensure that the organizational ambulatory work environments and cultures support leaders, physicians and employees to excel in the performance of their roles, provide quality patient care and ensure patient safety throughout the organization.

2. Demonstrates an understanding of key organization strategies and initiatives and ensures resources and programs are aligned accordingly in a highly matrixed environment. 3. Provides direction and oversight to corporate services functions to ensure ambulatory needs are met, including but not limited to, central scheduling and referral integrity, physician credentialing and onboarding, and critical organizational performance reporting requirements (meaningful use, etc). This also includes serving as a liaison to Banner Health Network (BHN) on an ongoing basis.

4. Evaluates and monitors performance effectiveness using standardized outcome measurements. Utilizes performance measures and organizational needs to drive innovative plans and strategies. Provides leadership and oversight in the collection, review and analysis of data performed by other centralized/corporate functions. This includes incorporating resources and establishing standards supporting the continuum of clinical care and associated standard operating model.

5. Directs and oversees the utilization and integration of technology to support the ambulatory care model(s). Provides guidance and coordination of system enhancements to support ambulatory workflow processes and clinical/business performance outcomes.

6. Builds and supports effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and organizations. Develops partnerships, coordinates activities, reviews work, exchanges information, and/or resolves problems related to the ambulatory standard of care model(s) and/or associated standard operating model.

7. Reviews, prepares, analyzes, and presents reports and recommendations to senior leadership regarding operations, programs, services, and/or other applicable areas of interest in order to provide concise and accurate information that aids in decision-making.

8. Participates as a subject-matter expert and may lead or facilitate task forces, teams, and/or councils to plan, implement and coordinate programs, services, and/or activities for the organization. May serve as a staff resource to the organization’s Governing Board and/or applicable committees.

9. This position provides oversight to the organization’s ambulatory standard of care operating model(s). Position maintains accountabilities toward achieving and maintaining system strategies, initiatives and operations as they relate to the ambulatory care model(s). Problems are complex in nature, requiring an advanced understanding of ambulatory care operations and measures. Establishes and promotes teamwork and collaboration between individuals, departments, and the entire organization in the development of system-wide standards and targets. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Depending on area of focus, may require a clinical licensure and/or certification as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse.

Must possess a strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field. Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in a clinical care setting, including performing at a lead/consultative role within an integrated health care/ambulatory system setting, or large multi-operational corporate environment in complex industries similar to healthcare. This Department drives Quality, Safety, and Experience (QSE) initiatives for their local hospitals set forth by regional and systemwide QSE initiative and goals.  This department works with Executive teams, clinical teams, Directors, Managers, and Medical staff to analyze data and outcomes in order to drive quality improvement work that is aligned with our QSE goals.  The QSE department implements and operationalizes best practices and quality improvement methodology to achieve desired Quality and Safety Outcomes. Hybrid with 3 days/week on site minimum. Travel to facilities in Metro Detroit is REQUIRED.

We are seeking a hands-on Associate Director for the Risk Reporting Management (“RRM”) Team without our T&O Risk and Internal Controls (“T&O RIC”) unit.  T&O RIC reinforces the bank’s “1st line of defense” by providing controls and oversight for Technology and Operations in support of all pillars of the bank. T&O RIC is responsible for T&O’s Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Testing (GRCT/1b) operating model and targeted Controls Processing activities, including Reconciliations, Logical Access provisioning and Quality Testing plus risk-related executive reporting. This role is Hands on 70% of the time. As a Hospital Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of veterinarians, technical, and service-based associates.  You will direct the implementation of a new and innovative veterinary experience. To be successful in this role you will need to embrace the vision, adopt new ways of working, bring a positive attitude, and commit to the execution of the urgent care model.

What You’ll Do
 

• Lead on-site hospital opening efforts
• Hire, train, engage, and retain top-performing associates
• Deliver on hospital operational performance, including but not limited to financials, people metrics, and client experience standards
• Build a high-volume urgent care business
• Deliver value to clients by creating an efficient and caring environment
• Deliver value to associates by creating an operational environment with high psychological safety, trust, and inclusion as cultural tenants
• Lead all associates with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for the mission
• Hold all hospital associates accountable for performance standards and respectful communication conduct
• Ensure our Associate Experience (ex. every associate can contribute at the highest level of their skillset, DVMs take their lunch break, associates go home on time and with records done for DVMs) is executed upon daily
• Raise awareness and promote a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of veterinary hospital or equivalent education and experience
• 3.5+ years of supervisory, management, or equivalent education and experience
• Demonstrated experience driving organizational change
• Action-oriented, independent, self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple and time-sensitive priorities simultaneously with a keen eye for inefficiencies
• Strong written/verbal communication skills

Schedule

The hospital is open 7 days per week, 10 am – 8 pm. This position is a 5-day-a-week, in-hospital position requiring one Saturday or Sunday shift worked each week and some holiday coverage.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000– 70,000 per year.  Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.  This position may also be eligible for annual variable bonus programs.
