In this position you will…

… be a key member of the Thailand Leadership Team as the Finance Business Partner and play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial success. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll oversee all financial and accounting aspects, analyzing performance, advising leadership, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability. Beyond budget control, you'll actively support business divisions in planning and managing their budgets, contributing to overall company growth and profit. Your responsibilities encompass analyzing departmental finances, managing the company budget, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, legal regulations, and best practices.

You will be responsible for…

• Lead the financial planning process, analyzing performance, identifying risks, and advising the Leadership Team to develop growth strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to provide insightful data for informed decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and growth.
• Manage all financial and accounting aspects, including monthly reports, management accounts, cash flow, statutory accounts, compliance, taxation, audits, and KPI presentations.
• Partner with the business to navigate change and growth, providing strategic support in areas like corporate finance, debt management, taxation, equity, and acquisitions.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and legal requirements through robust financial and accounting policies and practices.
• Lead compliance efforts, guaranteeing adherence to all statutory body mandates.
• Collaborate with legal firms as needed for any financial or business-related legal matters.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a master's degree and CPA or other relevant qualification a strong preference.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a large, dynamic organization, including 5+ years as a manufacturing controller.

• Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices, along with solid financial analysis and forecasting skills.

• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, coupled with business acumen.

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
