Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor your sales team
• Develop a pipeline to help over-achieve revenue targets
• Direct sales activities by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
• Build and maintain an annual sales plan (goals) in support of our organizational strategy and objectives
• Meet with prospects and strategize with sales representatives to help close deals
• Help the team prepare for QBRs and HBRs
• Develop long-term, strategic relationships with key contacts within their account base
• Strategically partner with Marketing, Solution Engineers, R&D, Customer Support and other functional teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of leading successful sales teams
• Minimum 8 years of successful direct sales experience in tech or start-up environment
• Background in technical applications such as Observability or wider DevOps solutions would be preferred. Familiarity with OSS is a big plus
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles that can last 2-6 months
• Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills (in-person, virtual)
• Comfort working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives
• Consistent track record in shaping strategic seven-figure deals
• MEDDPICC expertise
• Experience working with ROI and cost modeling to educate and assist potential buyers
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

In Singapore, the OTE compensation range for this role is SGD 490,000 - SGD 550,000. This is structured via a 50/50 split where your basic salary will be 50% of the total OTE number. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 8-15 years of relevant experience working on IAM technologies: SailPoint, CyberArk, IBM, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, MSFT Entra.
• In depth knowledge in Security strategy, assessment, and design and implementation and governance frameworks over processes, controls, organisation and infrastructure.
• Proven technical knowledge in Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management and/or Consumer Identity and detailed implementation on Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Excellent understanding of Identity and Access management concepts Provisioning, SSO, Federation and knowledge of Authentication, Authorisation, and Accounting implementation and governance.
• Excellent business analysis experience in requirements gathering, modelling use cases and experience in business development in supporting new business offerings.
• Any relevant industry related certification will be preferred (e.g. CISSP, AWS , AZURE , IAM product like SailPoint, Saviynt etc.

The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) IV Chief Nurse - Medical Director practices in the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Service, under the direction of the Chief of CBOC, in concert with the Chief of Staff.
