Financial Reporting

• Prepare and analyse a full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, general ledger entries, and cashflow management

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, reporting into the VP of Growth. 

This role will focus heavily on social media strategies, brand partnerships, and overseeing the production of compelling creative assets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mental health landscape, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to foster relationships that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Drive market leadership in brand positioning and communication though annual marketing plans and integrated campaigns
• Drive one brand voice and consistency across all marketing channels by acting as a brand advocate, establishing brand governance, and empowering brand ambassadors
• Oversee an engaging social media strategy that promotes our brand, engages our audience, and drives traffic to our platforms.
• Manage PR agency liaison and activity, including strategy development, content / asset distribution, review and monitoring. You will have the opportunity to identify and design media engagement initiatives and work with the agency team to craft media materials.
• Ideate, produce and evaluate high-quality brand assets with internal designers such as digital ads, social media content, website infographics, out-of-home and event graphics, etc.
• Work with brand strategic partners, influencers, and ambassadors to drive mass education and engagement of Intellect
• Manage an internal team of three marketers and designers, prioritising key initiatives and providing guidance, best practices and strategic leadership.

• At least 4 to 8 years of work experience in Marketing, Branding, or PR for a startup or tech company

• Experience developing marketing campaigns
• Excellent copywriting skills with strong command of English
• Experience in creative production and managing brand governance
• Fundamental understanding of digital marketing channels such as Email Marketing, Social Media, and Facebook Ads (no need to have executional experience)
• A self-starter and comfortable in working in a start-up environment

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced accountant to help run the finance function of our South-East Asia region which covers Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam.

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting for our entities in South-East Asia which includes performing accounting, managing accrual and deferrals, preparing bank reconciliations and related schedules to the balance sheet.
• Preparation and submission of monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) and related schedules as a part of Group reporting. Presentation of results and providing clarifications to the Country/Regional business Leaders, as and when needed.
• Driving forecast discussions with Country leaders. Assist with preparation of Annual budgets, and submission of monthly forecasts.
• Analysis with respect to project profitability and providing variance analysis to the business leaders on monthly basis, for driving further actions.
• Review invoices and expenses processed by our offshore services team, and ensuring accounting is accurate and acceptable. Initiate vendor payments through internet banking.
• Preparation of cash flow statements on weekly basis and driving related strategies from senior management.
• Interact with External Auditors (Annual activity) – provide necessary information, schedules, and explanations to ensure smooth and timely audits.
• Responsible for filing sales tax returns (GST/SST/VAT). Working closely with the tax advisors to finalize tax computations and filing annual tax returns.
• To become our finance systems champion and a finance subject matter expert to our business teams in SEA. Perform any other finance tasks as assigned from time to time by the Senior Manager.

• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support

• At least 5 to 7 years’ experience as a marketing manager or similar role with a bachelor degree in marketing or similar field.
• Proficient with online marketing and client acquisition strategies within the fintech industry.
