To develop, implement and maintain a sales and marketing plan to develop Cooper-Standard as a supplier of choice for the local market. The Account Manager will directly communicate with customers, manufacturing and cooperate offices all aspects to ensure good communication between all parties. She/He will establish sales objectives, forecasts and stay knowledgeable of current trends and opportunities in the industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  (Duties required for successful job performance):

1.         Developing and implementing sales strategy.

2.         Developing marketing plans, projected sales forecasts, potential-product lists.

3.         Establish strong relationships with major OEM automobile manufacturers in east region

4.         Report to the Sales Manager on sales status, progress and plans.

5.         Establish procedures/processes for customer interaction such as quoting, engineering requests, prototype parts, etc..

6.         To stress on price negotiation with customer.

7.         Evaluate price estimation.

5 years sales related experience in the automotive industry with contacts in the major COEM automotive makers in China.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store business performance results.

• Develop and manage payroll budgets and crew schedules that balance financial responsibility with customer expectations and crew availability.
• Ensure the proper execution of all financial management controls, critical controls, and adherence to company policies. 
• Oversee successful receiving and ensure stocking procedures are properly followed and maintained.

• Assure that merchandise flow meets company set standards and closely monitor sell through.
• Perform store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room.
• Ensure compliance with all the Five Below Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Review all corporate communications and prioritizes/plans accordingly. 
• Achieve results without compromising quality or integrity of work and adhere to company handbook and policies as well as local, state, and federal laws.

This position is responsible for management of Risk Weighted Assets "RWA" Analytics within the Capital Controllers Group, specifically focused on derivatives analysis and RWA calculation relative to Basel Rule.

The candidate will work closely with key partners leading the Standardized RWA transformation efforts including Basel III Endgame readiness. Key partners including the Business, Markets Transformation, Chief Data Office (CDO), Capital Planning, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), Corporate Regulatory Reporting (CRR) and Finance and Risk Senior Management.

The candidate will have a robust understanding of trading book exposures and a solid track record of performing detailed financial analysis, root cause analysis, impact assessments, financial reporting, Board reporting, and developing key performance indicators to measure success.

Key success factors will be this position’s ability to deliver on key milestones within the finance transformation efforts, establish trusted partner relationships with key stakeholders and effective expectation management through superior communication and metrics within the RWA workspace.

This position will report to the RWA Close & Operations Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of Basel RWA Reporting based on US Regulatory requirements.  Primary focus will be on the Trading Book RWA (Derivatives)
• Assess impact of transforming derivatives RWA data model
• Build standard metrics reporting, impact assessments, and reporting of ongoing monitoring of any exceptions
• Recommend goals, changes, and plans for RWA Reporting for relevant scope
• Ensure close processing financial controls are performed as expected
• Represent RWA Close & Operations communications and discussions with internal and external auditors, Independent Risk Review and Regulators where Derivative data and processes are discussed
• Develop analytics packages and key performance indicators using large complex datasets
• Provide inputs for UAT testing and results validations for the RWA Reporting Change manage process
• Implement and align effective processes and controls to support a sustainable audit ready production process around RWA Reporting.
• Develop and effectively leverage project plans and metrics to coordinate, execute and track key activities and deliverables and monitor and continuously improve processes and systems.
• Work closely with key partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals, robust status and expectation management including collaboration to remove roadblocks and optimize opportunities.
• Deliver effective status communication to Senior Management.

Qualifications – External

The ideal candidate will have 10+ year’s work experience in finance, accounting and / or risk. Experience managing large projects in complex operational environments. Solid team building and Leadership track record.

• Able to work with large volumes of data from different sources.
• Self-motivated with ability to make decisions and maintain a controlled environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or on an Alternative Work Space (AWS) environment.
• Ability to multi-task, be proactive and goal-oriented.

Overview:

The general function of this position is performing project management duties for repair orders from customer inquiry through invoicing. The project manager position is responsible to analyze, quote, process and coordinate orders with the customers, shop operations, engineering and sales, while ensuring total quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability per company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain required data to properly prepare repair quotations, including required scope, cost, pricing, lead-times, available resources, etc.

• Ensure that once quotation becomes an order, job is implemented properly.  This, including placing correct parts orders, writing accurate and detailed work scopes, and making sure all other required resources are available throughout job duration.

• Help to promote future business opportunities through customer satisfaction with all phases of their experience with Elliott.

• Properly analyze inspection reports in order that correct actions are taken. This should lead to orders that enable us to reach established profit goals and create customer satisfaction.

• Maintain communications on all orders, including formal written communications, schedule and direct customer meetings, hold review meetings with shop personnel with regards to order status, and maintain communication with sales and management.

• Project management and engineering.  Projects will range from simple single-stage industrial equipment to complex multi-stage engineered apparatus.

• Order maintenance, including acknowledgment letters, accounting interface, maintaining job folders, closing out jobs, preparing information for invoicing and filing.

• Process and issue final reports to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering. Experience in repair of turbomachinery in lieu of engineering background will be considered.

• Project management certification is a plus.

• Candidate must be mechanically inclined and possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Candidate should be self-motivated with the ability to handle difficult situations and demanding deadlines.

• Candidate must be able to work in multidisciplinary teams and possess the ability to develop and grow relationships.

Scope of Work

The Clinical Utilization Management (UM) Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the clinical functions of the Utilization Management Department, which includes but is not limited to authorization, utilization review, clinical denials, and denial prevention strategies. The Clinical UM Manager will provide regional oversight of Clinical Utilization Management supervisory staff and Clinical Utilization Management teams, comprised of UM Coordinators and Analysts. This position requires clinical experience and experience managing staff, including performance monitoring, education and process improvement. Central to the Clinical UM Manager's role is to develop department goals, policies, and procedures in collaboration with leadership teams to support Utilization services in the provision of excellent clinical services.

The Clinical UM Manager will work remotely and report directly to the Regional Senior Director of Utilization Management.

• Responsible for providing regional oversight of Clinical Utilization Management supervisory staff and Utilization Management teams, comprised of UM Coordinators and Analysts. Ensures adequate staffing is in place to support timely and effective delivery of UM services.
• Collaborates with the Regional Senior Director of Utilization Management to develop and implement department goals, policies, and procedures. Responsible for evaluating the efficiency of existing processes to identify process improvement opportunities. Additionally, provides input around development and management of department budgets.
• Responsible for ensuring services delivered by staff are in accordance with regulatory requirements and department policies, procedures, protocols, and standards. Ongoing communication should be provided to teams around management issues and department goals.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating clinical employee performance to identify opportunities for development and targeted training for staff. Initiates personnel actions in accordance with departmental policies and organization philosophy, participating in disciplinary actions as needed, and in consultation with leadership when warranted, terminating employees.
• Responsible for managing activities of professional staff engaged in performing UM services. Oversees the orientation, training, and development of employees supervised. Provides direction and support to staff to ensure timely completion of requests for services, information, records, and data. Monitors staff productivity and effectiveness of work performed.

The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to ensure that the firm meets audit standards and regulations and to work with business leaders to determine solutions for emerging issues.

Responsibilities

• This role will oversee and prioritize activities around development and operationalization of various tools supporting our operations organization.  These tools will include operational dashboards and data visualizations supporting actionable intelligence related to execution, prioritization and staffing of warehouse associates.
• The leader will leverage previous experience while adhering to our internal best practices to advance existing standards around data visualization and analytics.
• This role will lead the development and allocation of resources to ensure successful network scale of management systems like LMS (Labor Management System), WES (Warehouse Execution System), WCS (Warehouse Control Systems) and operational simulation software.
• This role will coach and develop teams’ capability in solution development and engineering, seeking to enhance capability in simulation, modeling, and solution planning supporting network deployment of new systems and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
• Advanced Degree is desired
• 8+ years of experience preferred
• Experience in the deployment or support of systems like LMS, WMS, WES and BI visualization tools preferred.
