 Mengurus, memantau dan mengawalselia tugasan pegawai bawahan berkenaan

kesiapsiagaan server utama perkhidmatan iaitu cloud base.angkasa.coop &

mykoperasi.coop serta mencari solusi kepada kebarangkalian permasalahan teknikal

yang wujud.

 Mengurus, memantau dan mengawalselia pembangunan projek laman web dalaman

seperti yayasan infaq,laman web MAN & MAPA serta projek-projek yang bakal

dibangunkan.

 Mengurus perkhidmatan sistem pendaftaran & kiraan undi bagi Mesyuarat Agung Negeri

ANGKASA dan Mesyuarat Agung Perwakilan ANGKASA serta acara dalaman yang

 Mengurus projek data raya ANGKASA dengan memberi idea, solusi dan penyelesaian

teknikal kepada kumpulan pembangunan sistem serta menasihati pengurusan

berkenaan hal-hal pembangunan yang melibatkan data sains, perubahan teknologi dan

sebagainya.

 Mengurus dan mengatur kumpulan kerja bagi program latihan teknikal berkenaan projek

data raya ANGKASA dan koperasi serta projek berpotensi dalam menggerakkan

digitalisas koperasi merujuk kepada pelan DIGIKOP.

 Mengurus, memantau, mengawalselia, menyemak pencapaian KPI Seksyen

Pembangunan Sistem dan Aplikasi serta menasihati dan memberi cadangan solusi

 Menasihati pengurusan dalam aspek perubahan dan perkembangan teknologi yang

memerlukan transformasi dalaman berkaitan IT dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi risiko-

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and monitor GL, AP & AR team to make sure accounts, payables and receivables are kept and paid up to date.
• Ensuring group financial reporting are in order, comply with accounting standard and to meet respective statutory filing and internal consolidation account deadline and bank review purposes. 
• Assist Financial Controller in timely completing the periodic reporting within the agreed KPI.
• To support on Group financial budgeting and analysis.
• Review and implement appropriate internal control procedures and risk management.
• Work closely with Finance and Operation on SOPP implementations and improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agents, bankers, lawyers and government authorities on related topics.

Requirements:

• Possessed Bachelor's of Degree in Finance or Accounting, or professional course (part or freshly qualified).

• Having experience and knowledge in managing Group consolidation account and Financial performance report.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Income Tax, company act and have experience in retail industry would be an added advantage.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of

the Accounting Department. This includes the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and leading a team of accountants. This role will require strategic planning, financial analysis and collaboration with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Financial Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (as issued by MASB) and other relevant accounting standards where applicable, including IRB requirements.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements and Cash Flow statements).
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual).

2. Accounting Operations:

• Manage the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and other daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy

3. Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local financial regulations and tax laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and assists in the preparation of audit documentations. Able to prepare tax returns, which is in compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements of IRB (Inland Revenue Board).

4. Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assists in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations of costs control and financial improvement.
• Knowledgeable in Annual Government budget and advice management accordingly in regards to changes or incentives in areas which may impact the organization.

5. Financial Analysis:

• Perform financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis and cost analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic planning.

6. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function and implement best practices.
• Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

7. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews and providing training and development opportunities.
• Coordinate work assignments and ensure efficient workflow within the accounting team.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsible the cash flow and accounts with the defined scope:

• Monitored spectrum of accounting activities, including full set of accounting, reporting, reconciling, journal entries and daily transaction up to date and properly.
• Supervise, assist and provide coaching for any accounting issues for Inter Companies.
• Manage in all Accounts Payable and Receivable payments and collection.
• Verified in the Debtors Credit Note (If required).
• Process Payment in term of Cash, Cheque, TT, Bank Draft, IBG and etc.
• Prepare Weekly Cash Flow and submit to Managing Director and Chief Executive Office for review and discussion.
• Reconcile Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Finalized the yearly account and submit for audit.
• Liaise with Auditor, Tax Consultant, Bankers and Government Authority in the related to Accounts issues.
• Checking daily E-Billing for North Port and West Port.
• Monitor Vessel Owner’s account and payment.
• Calculation of Vessel Rebate of Adjustment (ROA).

Requirements:

• Posses at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Job Description:-

• Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
• Form new and continue existing relationships with companies and government agencies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
• Maintain a strong understanding about product , features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
• Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.
• Give customers in-person product demonstrations and teach them about the features and benefits of each item the company offers.
• Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles.

Job Skills and Qualifications:-

Required:

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or another field.

• Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations
