In this vital role, the Oncology Senior Manager of Advocacy Relations at Amgen is responsible for building and leading long-term relationships with global advocacy groups and contributes to elevating Amgen as a trusted partner of choice for patients and patient organizations. They may support educational campaigns, integrate the patient voice across a product’s lifecycle, elevate individual patient stories, and champion equitable access to improve the health outcomes for patients living with cancer.

• Builds and maintains long term, substantive relationships with patient groups, professional associations and other key stakeholders based on values of trust, respect and transparency

• Previous experience in government affairs.

The Sr. Manager will partner with Inflammation Leadership to advance organizational strategies and goals. As the Treasury Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Treasury cashflow forecasting. You will play a vital role in the treasury organization, overseeing and optimizing our financial resources. Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in finance or business, strong understanding of treasury function and subscription-based business models

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Anaplan, Integrity FIS, SAP S4

• Exceptional forecasting and financial modeling skills, with knowledge of best practices in cash forecasting and risk management

• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting and systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Job Summary: This position will be primarily responsible for the identification, development and business capture of SPEAR (Simplified Planning Execution Analysis Reconstruction) training system opportunities associated with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Coalition customer base. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages business capture in accordance with Cubic Corporation and Cubic Defense policies, procedures and department instructions.
• Ensures that associated business plan is achieved through strategic and localized customer engagement strategies, requirements shaping and product specialization for end user needs.

We work cross functionally with product marketing, demand marketing, and our internal Design & UX teams to plan and deliver web experiences. We pull data and analyze it to measure success and testing outcomes. We optimize the site and build new content to drive the right traffic to the site from SEO. We scope and write requirements to drive feature enhancements to the website.

• Work with our analytics team to review and derive insights on performance

What You Need to Succeed

• Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026

The TTS & CCPS Head manages multiple teams through other managers. In-depth understanding of how own sub-function contributes to achieving the objectives of the function. This role focuses on leading the TTS & Sales for Corporate, Public Sector and FIs Peru business, with the main focus on successfully develop and execute the strategy and plans for growing the TTS franchise in Latin America.   Current Business Size:    Revenues:  US$72MM.

Responsibilities:

• • The TTS & CCPS Head leads the overall performance of a given product suite and monitors performance drivers for the products and portfolios
  • This position leads a team that is responsible for the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
  • Foster the strategy and vision to Coverage Model and Product Sales Specialist, in full partnership with Corporate Bank & Markets Head 
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships among the Global Business Cluster Heads and the TTS Cluster Heads to ensure full alignment.  Partner with Operations & Technology to assure product delivery within standards and to reengineer existing products to gain efficiency and market expansion.
  • Create and strengthen a “One Citi” environment to maximize the cross-sell potential of the firm.
  • Drive overall customer centric experience initiative.  Senior lead and contact for our key customers
  • Ensures sales and relationship managers are trained, and ready to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives
  • Shapes and implements performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions
  • Partners closely with sales teams to identify client opportunities and with the client management organization to meet with prospective clients and to size new opportunities
  • Gathers market intelligence and develops sophisticated market sizing studies to identify the attractiveness of particular markets segments and product offerings
  • Defines and analyzes sector trends, opportunities and issues
  • Represent customer needs and provide strategic direction on product development features, functionality and overall competitiveness
  • Build consensus and awareness of value proposition throughout the organization and key partners
  • Ensures products are well represented in the distribution channel and to drive various initiatives for growth in specific verticals
  • Creates business cases that will drive investment decisions
  • Develops and enhances the Product Approval Program and related processes, ensures products are delivered and adhere to all parameters globally
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales to deliver solutions for Citi clients
  • Produces sector-specific marketing material that will arm sales force with the tools necessary to grow Citi’s business
  • Analyzes vertical/product specific P&L's to ensure goals are being met
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• • 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
  • Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutions preferred
  • Proven track record of success in positions requiring financial acumen
  • Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers
  • Prior ownership and management of a P&L
  • Advanced judgment and in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
  • Required to think beyond existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas
  • Deep, broad and diverse functional experience (e.g., marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics) with a track record of driving business innovation and leveraging management information and data analytics to drive results
  • Proven track record as an action-oriented individual who has led cross-functional teams to define and achieve high value business objectives and ability to work independently, with follow through and capable of owning and managing projects from end-to-end;
