The Scheduler functions include advanced scheduling, progress measurement, change management implementation and analysis that may involve a major residential project. 

A thorough understanding of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques, Risk Analysis, Risk Management, and support of project objectives. Provide expertise and best practice implementation in the workplace for the region with regard to the planning and scheduling discipline. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
2. Coordinate the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) in consent with Project lead and Project Planner.
3. Promote and maintain the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite of project schedules. 
4. Provide interface and quality assurance to Project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance.
5. Preparing Staffing, Engineering and Construction progress and customized reports.
6. Perform Critical Path Analysis.
7. Conduct the required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
8. Analyse deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule highlighting bottlenecks / delays and propose corrective actions.
9. Prepare the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report and specific reports / presentations.
10. Analyse and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance / change order.
11. Ensure that schedule related from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
12. Working closely with various disciplines in project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced.

Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for the promotion of the new product. You will be executing the Product Management Team’s marketing strategy, analysing market trends, consulting with doctors on new product potential, and relaying feedback to the Product Management Team. Additionally, responsibilities include identifying key opinion leaders, monitoring product availability, and implementing brand strategies to facilitate a successful product launch.
• You will be responsible for monitoring primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensuring the accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives. Active participation in monthly review meetings to assess coverage, adherence to SOPs, and expense management, all aimed at achieving area-level, product-level, and overall sales targets.
• You will be responsible for focusing on customer relationship management, the role entails establishing strong connections and addressing queries promptly using Infoginip. It also involves customer classification based on potential, determining meeting frequency accordingly, and tracking return on investment per customer to foster a loyal customer base for the company.
• You will responsible to meet Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Key business leader (KEL) frequently and pursue them to conduct CME with the company; Collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals and conduct CMEs on those topics.
• You will responsible to prepare product matrix depending upon doctor's potential & preference and decide which product will fit doctor's need. Update data on chemist, doctors and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) through palm top to Unnati portal in order to ensure all stakeholders' access to latest information.
