We are looking for amotivated,enthusiasticand experienced project manager to jointheSupportHope and Recovery/ResourceOnline NetworkTeam(SHaRON)withinBerkshire Healthcare.
The ideal individualwith have experience of andwill be able todemonstrateunderstandingof project delivery within the complex healthcare sector in relation todeliveringsoftwarefocusedprojects.The Senior Project Manager willbe responsible forimplementation of SHaRON inidentifiedBerkshire Healthcare services and other NHS Trusts, working as part of the wider SHaRON project team.
This is a working from home/hybrid working role, however, you willbe requiredto attenda minimum of4 mandatory team away days,which willbefaceto face events,with possible on-sitemeetingsawayfromthe office orwithin the Berkshire region as and whenrequired.
This position is full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however, please do contact us if you are interested in the role but require flexibleworking around the working hours.
1. Lead on specific projectsidentifiedwithin the project management team taking on the responsibilities associated with the successful delivery of the specific identified projects within agreed timescales.
1. Prioritise and support the workload of the SHaRON support staff including Band 4 Administrator and any Business Support Apprentices to ensure the project management team receive the supportrequiredto implement projects.
1. Provide specialist advice/guidance and support in relation to the platform to manage any issues that arise daily with the support functionsrequiredto ensure the process of delivering SHaRON throughout its full lifecycle into multiple clinical services working closely with the SHaRON Programme Manager and Intelligent Automation teams.
1. Act on own initiative daily to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising own workload requiring minimal support/guidance from the SHaRON Programme Manager.
1. Responsible for ensuring that all implementations of SHaRON receive full attention and receive the training and ongoing support with moderationrequired.
1. Lead on specific highly specialised tasks identifiedwithin the project management team taking on the responsibilities associated with the successful delivery of the identified tasks (ASANA and project tasks).

The “must haves” for this role:
1.Project Management qualification and provenpreviousexperience of working in a project management role.
2.Educated to degree standard or post graduate diploma / or equivalent experience and knowledge pertinent to the post.
3.Extensive experience inMicrosoftbusiness applications suchas Outlook, Excel, Word,Publisherand project software
4.Experience of working autonomously in a multi-disciplinary professional team.
